New location [Update]

Added a new location: UFO landing site.
It is located on the planet "Ituno" in the system "Centauri B"
Note that this planet is very cold and not every crew member can be safely to be there

In the next update, a "system of generated quests" awaits us!
First quests will be of next types:
- Combat to destroy a concrete enemy,
- Transport to deliver a different volume of cargo
- Reconnaissance
- Research.
