Hephaestus - Patch 1.2.8

This is a small but very special update!
Hephaestus is the ship built specially for one of our biggest collaborators: ZiggyD! He is also getting his own character and the very first unique crewman in the game.

If you don't know him yet, Ziggy is a twitch streamer and youtuber mostly known for playing and mastering Path of Exile. He was very important for spreading the word about Star Valor, as well as other indie games, and he even has the game on his personal store at Nexus.gg.

Ziggy will be streaming the game tonight (or midday Melbourne time) to (try to) unlock his own ship and character in the game, so follow his channel to not miss it. Since both the ship and character are hidden and require specific steps to unlock, Ziggy stream is going to be the first and only source of information for now ;)

• Added independent size 5 (cruiser) hidden ship: Hephaestus.
  
• Added the first unique crewman: Ziggy.
  
• Added custom weapon delay time: 0.25, 0.33, 0.5, 0.67 and 0.75, so you can set groups of 3 or 4 weapons to fire in sequence.
