Hold the Line, Deliver the Blow: The Shield & Spear excels at both defensive maneuvers and aggressive counter-offensives. Use your shield to absorb incoming attacks and create openings for powerful spear thrusts, shattering enemy formations with the strength of Sparta!
 

 
Weapon Class Highlights:

• Role: Unwavering protector, turning defense into a devastating counter-offensive.
  
• Playstyle: Hold your ground against overwhelming odds or aggressively push forward with spear thrusts, controlling the battlefield and creating opportunities for allies.
  

Weapon Skills:

• Normal Attack:
  • 
    A four-hit combo. The final hit deals increased damage, ignores crowd control effects, and generates bonus rage.
    
• Aegis Retribution
  • 
    Initial attack deals 108% base + 421 blunt damage. Press again to deal 212% base+785 blunt damage and stun the enemy.
    
  • 
    Using this skill removes stiffness and knockdown effects.
    
  • 
    Press twice to stun the enemy.
    
  • 
    A successful block increases the block value recovery rate by 100% for 5 seconds. Hitting each enemy hero grants 20 Rage.
    

• Ares' Cleave
  • 
    Initial attack deals 123% base + 477 blunt damage. Reactivate to deal 178% base + 1558 slashing damage.
    
  • 
    Hitting each enemy hero grants 20 Rage.
    

• Heracles' Throw
  • 
    Deals 155% base + 1271 piercing damage.
    
  • 
    Hitting each enemy grants 20 Rage.
    

• Heracles' Mounted Throw
  • 
    Deals 155% base + 1271 piercing damage.
    
  • 
    Hitting each enemy grants 20 Rage.
    

• Spartan Kick
  • 
    Deals 398% base + 1658 blunt damage and knocks back the enemy.

    Enemies knocked back will deal damage and knock back other enemies in their path.

    Enemies will take extra 1500 damage when they hit a wall.
    

Specialization
After completing the first stage of Weapon Challenges for the Shield and Spear, the weapon specialization will be unlocked and the skills can be improved using Skill Points.
