Dear Warlords, the last developer Q&A session received many positive reviews. This time, we have collected 11 commonly asked questions from the complaint system and community feedback and invited relevant developers to answer them:
1. [Champion Trove Limited-time Event] The Champion Trove has already won two matches, accumulating two stars. Why were both stars deducted after losing one match?
The star accumulation rule for the Champion Trove gameplay is as follows: Consecutive wins in battles add up stars, but any single loss will reset all accumulated stars to zero (loss means losing everything~). At the same time, opening a treasure chest will also clear all obtained stars. Warlords can use Protection Tickets to avoid losing stars when they open a chest. Protection Tickets can be used during the deployment phase and will protect your stars even if the battle is lost (and they won't be consumed if you win~). Protection Tickets can be obtained from the Champion Trove rewards, event mails, and in-game store purchases.
2. [Champion Trove Limited-time Event] Warlods could have won Champion Trove, but due to disconnection/crash issues, they didn’t, it's so frustrating!
At present, if Warlords encounter Champion Trove disconnections, game crashes, star deductions or point deductions issues, you can report and get it rectified through the in-game customer service system. We plan to optimize the system settings in the future so that disconnections will no longer affect the battle result's judgment. Of course, losing a player in the battlefield can put the team at a great disadvantage, so it is recommended to fix the client and check the network connection before matching. PS: We recently optimized our network connection. Users from mainland China can try connecting to the game without a VPN accelerator.
3, [Champion Trove Limited-time Event]: I got two stars in the Champion Trove on Sunday, why were the stars reset to zero on Monday?
The rewards distribution for the Champion Trove occurs every Monday at midnight. After that, the stars will reset to zero. Therefore, it is important to redeem the chests before the deadline. However, we will also improve the settlement-related rules and notifications in the future so that everyone can better understand the rules.
4. [Champion Trove Limited-time Event]: The daily opening time for the Champion Trove is too short, leaving insufficient time to collect all the rewards!
We are honored by the Warlords' love for the Champion Trove. After the next Champion Trove event starts, the daily opening hours will be extended to 12:00 - 24:00 (Join the Champion Trove with your brothers~).
5. I used a Golden Army Warrant Double Drop Card in Latent Potential, but eventually obtained 11 books. Shouldn't the double drop amount be a multiple of 2?
The original reward mechanism for using the item involved the random drop of a sum of two reward quantities, not a single drop reward quantity multiplied by 2. Therefore, the final reward may be either odd or even. The item has since been renamed to "One-Match Extra Latent Potential Drops" to avoid confusion. The Latent Potential Extra Drop Card can be obtained after purchasing a Golden Order and completing the Initial Victory task.
6. Why do units sometimes not deal damage during their attacks, such as the Ironcap Scouts' Charge and the Halberdier Sergeants' Stand Firm?
After discussion with designers, the current mechanism of the relevant Units is functioning well. Designer’s Info: The weaker mechanisms of the related Units will be optimized in later versions. It is recommended for Warlords to regularly pay attention to game maintenance Notices to understand the details of Unit balance adjustments.
7. Previously, Uncommon Infantry Manuals could be exchanged for Rare Infantry Manuals in the O-key interface. Why can't they be exchanged now?
The feature to exchange Uncommon Infantry books for Rare Infantry books is currently being optimized. We will reopen the exchange function as soon as the optimization is complete. "Hidden feature": For now, Warlords can visit the units’ Mastery node upgrade panel and click the "+" button on the right to select lower-level Infantry books for exchange.
8. Why are the tasks of the newly purchased military order, the quest First Victory is already marked as completed, and I cannot claim the corresponding rewards?
Confirmed, this is a bug issue, and the bug has now been fixed. If Warlords have encountered the same problem before, they can report it to customer service for verification and correction through the in-game customer service system in a timely manner.
9. Why is there no sound from my microphone during the game, my teammates can't hear me, or the microphone is not detected, causing me to be unable to use the voice function normally?
Confirmed, this was a BUG issue. The BUG causing the built-in voice function in CC to malfunction has now been fixed, and Warlords can use the voice function normally. If anyone still encounters voice problems, please report them to customer service through the in-game support system for resolution.
10. The hero's control over the Chain Dart & Scimitar is too strong, making it difficult to deal with in the battlefield!
Control is the characteristic of Chain Dart & Scimitar heroes, and currently, their Skill mechanics are in line with their designed characteristics, so there are no plans to adjust their Skill mechanics in the short term. However, in the optimization of future balance updates, the developers will add countermeasures for Control Skills for some classes to improve the competitive gameplay in hero battles.
11. The Yanyuedao Cavalry's instant-kill ability is too strong, making it difficult to deal with them in the battlefield!
Previously on June 29th, we improved the balance of Yanyuedao Cavalry during maintenance for our game version. "Important Information": Yanyuedao Cavalry is expected to undergo further balance adjustments and optimizations in the new season. Stay tuned.
