Violation of Unit Orders Punishment Rules Notice

Conqueror's Blade is run for the sake of players, and we work hard on creating a fair game environment. We have zero tolerance toward those who break our regulations and will crack down upon any such behavior to maintain a healthy game environment!
Common violations mainly include, but are not limited to, the following:

[h3]Speech violations [/h3]
Minor violations

24h Mute -First-time minor violation of speech (not involving racial discrimination, inappropriate comments related to country, illegal sales, cheating discussion, account boosting information, etc.), verbal abuse, screen flooding, etc.
72-hour Mute —— Second-time minor violation of speech (not involving racial discrimination, inappropriate comments related to country, illegal sales, cheating discussion, account boosting information, etc.), verbal abuse, screen flooding, etc.
Mute for 7 days —— Third-time minor violation of speech (not involving racial discrimination, inappropriate comments related to country, illegal sales, cheating discussion, account boosting information, etc.), verbal abuse, screen flooding, etc.
Mute for 30 days —— Repeated occurrences of minor violations (not involving racial discrimination, inappropriate comments related to country, illegal sales, cheating discussion, account boosting information, etc.), or violations by multiple Characters belonging to the same player.

Severe Violations

7-day account login restriction and 30-day mute —— First occurrence of severe violations ( involving racial discrimination, inappropriate comments related to country, illegal sales, cheating discussion, account boosting information, etc.).
30-day account login restriction —— Second occurrence of severe violations ( involving racial discrimination, inappropriate comments related to country, illegal sales, cheating discussion, account boosting information, etc.), including violations by multiple Characters belonging to the same player.
10-year account login restriction — Repeated occurrences of severe violations ( involving racial discrimination, inappropriate comments related to country, illegal sales, cheating discussion, account boosting information, etc.), including violations by multiple Characters belonging to the same player.

[h3]Inappropriate ID[/h3]
Minor violations
Forced ID Change - ID Violation involving verbal abuse (Minor Violation: Not involving racial discrimination, inappropriate comments related to country, illegal sales, cheating discussion, account boosting information, etc.).
Severe Violations

7-day account login restriction and forced to change the ID - The ID contains severe violations once ( involving racial discrimination, inappropriate comments related to country, illegal sales, cheating discussion, account boosting information, etc.).
30-day account login restriction and forced to change the ID - The ID contains severe violations twice ( involving racial discrimination, inappropriate comments related to country, illegal sales, cheating discussion, account boosting information, etc.).
10-year account login restriction and forced to change the ID - The ID contains severe multiple times ( involving racial discrimination, inappropriate comments related to country, illegal sales, cheating discussion, account boosting information, etc.).

[h3]Normal Battle Negative Behavior Punishment Rules[/h3]
Accounts found out to have been throwing games or resorted to severely negative behavior (including but not limited to intentionally leaving mid-game, AFKing, intentionally attacking allies) may be subject to the following penalties:

Within 90 days, characters that are reported once or found to be engaging in the above behaviors will face Reflect on Your Actions penalty - Banned from battling for 2 hours.
Within 90 days, characters that are reported twice or found to be engaging in the above behaviors will face Suspension's Time (Moderate) - they need to participate in the Training Camp (AI) and achieve A+ rating in 10 matches as punishment.
Within 90 days, characters that are reported three times or found to be engaging in the above behaviors will face Suspension's Time (Serious) - they need to participate in the Training Camp (AI) and achieve S rating in 10 matches as punishment.
Within 90 days, characters that are reported four times or found to be engaging in the above behaviors will face a 7-day account ban (with Alliance Ranking data wiped) as punishment.
Within 90 days, characters that are reported five times or found to be engaging in the above behaviors will face a 30-day account ban (with Alliance Ranking data wiped) as punishment.
For severe negative behavior in the game, we will impose escalated punishments based on the degree of the violation.

[h3]Ranked Battle Negative Behavior Punishment Rules[/h3]
1、Accounts found out to have been throwing games or resorted to severely negative behavior (including but not limited to intentionally leaving mid-game, AFKing, intentionally attacking allies) may be subject to the following penalties:

Within 90 days, characters that are reported/identified and verified for the first time for such behavior will be subject to a 7-day prohibition from participating in Ranked Battle.
Within 90 days, characters that are reported/identified and verified twice for such behavior will be subject to a 30-day prohibition from participating in Ranked Battleand their Alliance Ranking data will be wiped as punishment.
Within 90 days, characters that are reported/identified and verified three times for such behavior will be subject to a 3-month prohibition from participating in Ranked Battleand their Alliance Ranking data will be wiped as punishment.
Within 210 days, characters that are reported/identified and verified four times for such behavior will be subject to a 3-month prohibition from participating in Ranked Battleand their Alliance Ranking data will be wiped as punishment.
Within 365 days, characters that are reported/identified and verified five times for such behavior will be subject to a 10-year account ban.
6)For severe negative behavior in the game, we will impose escalated punishments based on the degree of the violation.

2、The penalty in Article 1 can be combined with other types of penalties, such as speech violations, using third-party software, and actions that severely disrupt the gaming experience of other players.

[h3]House (Territory War) violation[/h3]
Using third-party software for unfair competition in Territory War.
In cases of Houses using third-party software during Territory Wars, different levels of disciplinary actions will be taken based on the severity of the situation. If a House is found to have deliberately used third-party software to gain unfair advantages, regardless of whether they have acquired any rewards, their Prestige will be reduced to 0, and all their Territories will be returned to the Chivalric Era.

[h3]Trade violation[/h3]

Topping up using any non-official channel, or obtaining sovereigns in any way that violates our regulations.
Be suspect of fraudulent trading .

Those deemed responsible for any of the above may have their accounts banned and will be required to top-up to make up for the disparity.

[h3]Abusing Loophole[/h3]

To, in a game or otherwise, maliciously abuse unintended bugs to disrupt the game environment, game fairness, or severely affect the playing experience of others. Offenders will have their accounts banned for 7-30 days based on the severity of the offense.
Maliciously abusing loopholes or using third-party software that violate our regulations, severely affect the game, affect the fairness of the game, or to get unjustified gains (including virtual items & property). We may perform rollbacks based on each different situation, and those found to have been maliciously abusing loopholes will have their accounts banned (permanently for severe enough cases).

We will not under any circumstance compensate offenders for any loss of earnings or limited items missed during the course of their account ban. We implore that everyone works to maintain a fair gaming environment that everyone can thrive in.

[h3]Cheating[/h3]

If an account is reported/verified to be cheating once in history, the account will be restricted from logging in for 30 days and the current season's individual leaderboard data will be wiped (including but not limited to Ranked Battle scores).
If an account is reported or found to be cheating twice in history , the account will be permanently banned.

[h3] Playing together with cheating deliberately[/h3]

Battle and Ranked Battle are forbidden.
Account Login Restriction
Current season's individual rankings are wiped (including, but not limited to, Ranked Battle scores).

[h3]Punishment Type: Explanation [/h3]
Mute——Being unable to send chat messages.
Account Login Restriction ——If a player's account is restricted from logging in, all characters under that account will not be able to log in.
