Each of our newly appointed Player Moderators is an experienced and passionate gamer, committed to cultivating a friendly and uplifting atmosphere within our community. They will actively collect feedback from players and maintain close communication with everyone, ensuring that we are always in tune with your needs and expectations.
In order to better serve you, our amazing Mods will focus on engaging with the community, assisting with any issues, sharing valuable game knowledge, and offering helpful tips. They will help transform our community into a platform where we all support and learn from one another. Furthermore, they will work closely with us to localize and deliver essential information, guaranteeing that every player has access to accurate and timely updates!
[h3]•Frontline Letters: What is the development team actually doing? Latest updates from the team![/h3]
It has been several weeks since the last Conqueror’s Report, and some warlords may be speculating whether we have abandoned this again. No! Listening to players' voices diligently has always been the core mission of Conqueror’s Blade development team and Conqueror’s Blade community team. We deeply understand that player feedback is crucial to us, as it forms the milestone of shaping the future of our game. The Conqueror’s Report serves as an important channel of communication between us and the generals, and we will not give up on this column.
So, what have we been done in the past few weeks?
We have collected and organized all bugs and suggestions from players across various platforms over the past few years, totaling over 3,600 feedback in more than 11 languages. Based on the quantity and priority of these feedbacks, we have conducted a comprehensive evaluation and detailed scheduling of these suggestions and bugs.
Most importantly, we and the development team promise to do our best to turn your valuable feedback into reality!
We sincerely invite you to witness the first wave of changes in Conqueror’s Blade.
[h3]Q: We need a bulk unboxing feature![/h3]

A: Great! Your needs are our development direction! Based on you guys feedback, a new feature has been added, allowing bulk opening of selected and random chests. The maximum number for bulk opening of chests is 20 each time. We will continue to monitor and optimize the user experience for this feature.
[h3]Q: When will the issue of artillery view obstruction be fixed?[/h3]

A: Fixed! The version on May 23, 2024, we optimized the view when using artillery. Nearby heroes, units, and walls will become semi-transparent during artillery usage.

[h3]Q: We need more colors to mark teammates![/h3]

A: Great! The battlefield information optimization is now online! In order to help our Warlords to better identify grouped teammates, the following updates have been made to differentiate teammates and grouped teammates:
1. Added team colors for teammates in the group. The default color for grouped teammates is green, making it easier to distinguish different teammates on the battlefield.

(2) Unified the color of unit indicators and the hero's health bar to yellow, ensuring consistency with the default color in the settings.

(3) Differentiated chat colors for "Allies" and "Group" chats. The text color for group chat is green, while the text color for allies is blue.

[h3]Q: The sound effects of the heroes and units are too loud![/h3]

A: The development of an independent audio control system is in progress! We will provide detailed independent volume control, allowing warlords to adjust/turn off/on different sections of voiceovers independently. We will also remix the in-game audio (volume balance) to address issues such as excessively loud audio or overly frequent triggers.
[h3]Q: When will the series of heroes bugs be fixed!![/h3]

A: Fixes have begun! The Maelstrom in the fifth stage of Maul could not be triggered, dismounting skills might fail when used on stairs/slopes, musket reload logic optimization, heroes getting stuck due to the interruption of Choke skill casting, and more. These issues have already been queued up to be fixed! Warlords, don’t worry, your concern is our top priority!
[h3]Q: In anonymous mode, player’s nicknames still appear in some notification and kill prompts[/h3]

A: Fixed!
[h3]Q: We have more suggestions...[/h3]

A: Please be assured! We have carefully reviewed and evaluated each of the 3600+ suggestions, and we will work diligently to incorporate your feedback into the game in the future. This is truly our dedication to improving the game based on your input!
[h3]So, what would be our next move…?[/h3]
1. We realize that balance is extremely crucial to the warlords and Conqueror’s Blade. We've received numerous reports about the balance of the season's units, and we apologize for not taking action sooner. The balance adjustment for Xuanjia Heavy Cavalry is about to be launched!

2. We have received recent feedback regarding abnormal collision effects on models and have arranged a team to fix it. A big thank you to all of you for assisting in diagnosing the problem! However, we realize that it is beyond our capability to review all maps alone. We humbly ask for your help and hope that everyone can collaborate in identifying such issues. Please leave us a message in the designated DC channel! Many thanks!

3. Here are some other optimizations that we will work on in the near future: match history, improvements to House display, optimizations for preparing/mustering in Barracks EU/NA...

In addition to the issues mentioned above, we have identified hundreds of topics worth further exploration based on your feedbacks. The development team will revisit these topics in the near future and do their best to address the related needs according to practical considerations.
To ensure our Warlords will receive optimizations and updates promptly, the community support team will increase communication frequency in the relevant channels on Discord, keeping everyone informed of every step taken by the optimization team!
We will do our utmost to accompany players and work together with all warlords to build the future of our game!!
