Hotfix with small additions, will push another small patch soon.

- Added boats for dynamic tokens.
- Display lord names in diplomacy menu

Fixes:
-quick fix for missing waypoints
-Fix for AI forgetting its treaties with players
-prevent an end turn crash and add logging
- Fix a memory leak in compression dll
