ΔV: Rings of Saturn News

With 0.222.2 we finally add Steam Achievements to ΔV: Rings of Saturn. We start with 15, ranging from common and easy to rare and unique, and more will come in subsequent updates!

This is another hotpatch addressing bugs found in recent days. Changelog:

• AI's that are not wearing an android bodies no-longer show faces on the comms.
  
• Dialog screen in OMS will now scroll to show you latest dialogs automatically.
  
• Vilcy will not try to claim same bounty multiple times.
  
• When game is not in focus (alt-tab) music and audio will stop.
  
• Added video tutorial to the main menu.
  
• Fixed couple of typos in translations.
  

This is a customary follow-up hot-patch to address all the bugs that slipped into previous big release. Changes:

• Incoming dialog will not obscure Eagle Prospector's HUD.
  
• A lifepod from a pirate ship will no-longer cause combat music to trigger.
  
• Added one new personal crew story.
  
• Targeting ships and ship with autopilot was improved.
  

[h2]More story[/h2]
After a long summer break we bring you a new story upgrade. Aptly named Personal Responsibility introduces character and stories to your crew. You will find your crew having their own opinions, desires, past and secrets - all for you to discover. We start with 4 crew stories in 0.218.x, but since the groundwork for stories is laid out, we expect to add new stories regularly with subsequent updates.

Existing story events also got an overhaul, to reflect that both your crew can take part in the dialog. You'll have much more opportunities to interact with game world, and even more will come soon.

There are series of graphical improvements in this release, ranging from faces of people you talk to visible in game, new dialog animations to improved particle effects.

Personal Responsibility also comes with enhanced performance, especially in late game physics performance.
