This maintenance operation will
- Fix all networker server errors we found so far;
- Greatly optimize items drop & pickup speed;
- Remove ALL kinds of uploading sync delay, except for downloading sync like opening store page;
- Optimize the transmission caused by weapon damage;
- Fix the bug of low red-gear loot rate.
