Update Notice - 30th August：Achievements Mastery Points bugs fixed

Some bugs have been fixed in this Update and listed below

Fixed the bug that certain achievements failed to be accomplished.
Fixed the bug that Mastery Points cannot be added once reaches 500.
Fixed the bug that Mastery Points exceeds its maximum.
Added a glossary of Fighting System.
Fixed the bug that going down to prison and get stuck without accepting any quests
Optimized skill data.
Added a dual-wielding MP assault rifle into Multiplayer drop list.
