Minor Release - Twitch Integration Update - 2.3.16.a11

- Updated Twitch Integration to use new API. Please note that the v5 Twitch API will be shut down on 28 Feb, so this update is required for Twitch Integration to work correctly after that date.
- Fixed issues with bHaptics services attempting to make connections where the device is not present.
