Full Release 1.0.61

Bugs
-- Heavy caliber Artillery and Mortars were unintentionally under-represented in terms of Suppression and Casualty effects (Luke)- e.g., 155mm howitzers vs say 105mm and 81mm mortars vs say 60mm. Cleverly spreadsheeted calculations I had done I discovered never made it into the engine :-( (till now). The good news is that the primarily used 60mm mortars and 105mm are pretty much unchanged. The team is going to check for playbalance going forward for scenarios where heavy caliber Mortars and artillery were deployed for the player or the AI. Please let us know the effects you notice as well.
-‘TargetI (AxisPlayerI{897360}) is not valid return from UnitI‘ (Luke) - sentry
Mini Menu Buttons disabled unexpectedly (Luke) - the mini menu you could access between scenarios (or during tactical) would sometimes become grayed out/disabled. Necessitating using ctrl-alt-delete to exit the game.
