After the merge is completed, the [Sovereigns] and [Sovereign Chest] held by Warlords in the South America server will be increased by 180%, rounding up to the nearest whole number.

1. Considering the recent changes to the Ranked Battles schedule along with the server transfers, we've decided to give everyone a bit more time to finalize their squads. Which is why we're extending the sign-ups to July 7th. The Regional Qualifiers Phase remains unaffected.
   
   
2. Characters affected by the server transfers will be removed from their squads, even if previously signed up. This means that these players will have to rejoin their squads again following the transfers.
   
   
3. Is it possible to create and sign up with squad members from different regions? Such as having players from both the Mainland China servers and Asia Pacific servers in a squad, or players from Jiulongzhuri and Tianceshangjiang?
   
   [Asia Pacific] Squads can contain players from all Asia Pacific servers (except for Espada Forest).
   
   [Mainland China Server] Players from the Jiulongzhuri, Kaijiangtuoyu and Weijiahainei servers may be in the same squad.

• You can sign up for the 2024 CBL via our official website or by pressing F7 in-game and following the instructions.

• Each character may only be played by a single player, and each player may only participate in one division with one character. Should we find that a player has several characters on the tournament server or is part of multiple squads, this player will be removed from the tournament. Their squad will not be able to invite a new member to take their place.
  
• Squads may only contain members from the same server cluster (e.g., Jiulongzhuri and Jingjixianfeng. Squads with members from more than one server cluster will have their sign-up annulled, and may not invite new players to remedy this. A squad belongs to the same server cluster as the character of its squad captain. Members should verify which server cluster a squad belongs to before joining.
  
• If a squad does not provide contact information (such as Discord or QQ) and we are unable to reach them, their sign-up will be considered void.
  
• The total Ranked Battle scores of house squads will be tallied according to players'scores as of July 19th.
  
• The Season Level or Ranked Battle scores of all participants will be made public.
  

We will be selecting 40 squads among those signing up to participate in the tournament. 14 Wild Card quads will also be participating.

• 12 squads from the CN Regional Tournament will be selected to participate in the Group Stage.

4 squads will be selected from the Xianfengjingji and Tianceshangjiang servers.

We will also be inviting 6 APAC Wild Card squads to participate.

• Selection Criteria for CBL 2024: Ranked Battle Score.
  
• Each squad's total Ranked Battle score is based on the total score of their top 15 Warlords.
  
• We will be calculating the Ranked Battle scores of all participants.
  
• The final score for the Qualifiers Phase is based on the statistics as shown on the CBL's official site.
  

Wild Card squads are those invited directly by CBL official. We will be inviting squads to participate based on the following:

• Squads from fairly new servers, such as Tianceshangjiang and Khan of Heaven.
  
• Squads from regions with large time differences that have a difficult time participating in Ranked Battles.
  
• Squads from countries and regions with lower populations or from minor language regions.
  
• Squads that have participated in regional tournaments or community ones.
  

Participation reward: Rewards for the Qualifiers Phase will be issued to those on the name list as shown when the sign-ups conclude once the Qualifiers Phase has ended. To be eligible for any Qualifiers Phase rewards, every member of a squad must have either won or lost Ladder Score during the Qualifiers Phase (e.g., all 15 members for a 15-player squad or all 20 members for a 20-member squad). If even a single member of a squad's Ladder Score stands unchanged, none of that squad's members will receive rewards.

• Top 16: A title for achieving top 16 in the CBL 2024.
  
• Top 8: A title for achieving top 8 in the CBL 2024 and an exclusive Unit Flag.

The ecosystem of "Conqueror's Blade" servers has entered a new era. In the future, we will have different types of servers: [Newbie Server], [Growth Server], and [Formal Server]. To ensure a smoother gaming experience for more generals, we will make the following adjustments to the open times of [Ranked Matches] and [Territory Wars], and we will also adjust the number of stars required for ranking up in [Ranked Matches].

Moreover, as generals from South America and Leadership Doctrines system are set to officially join on June 27, the CBL registration conditions are closely related to this season's ranked matches. To ensure overall fairness and give everyone more time to adapt to the new environment, we have decided to temporarily close [Ranked Matches] until maintenance on June 27. After maintenance on June 27, the opening times for [Ranked Matches] will be adjusted.

1. [Territory Wars] Related
   
   • [Formal Server]: To ensure that each family has enough time to raise their family level and accumulate family prestige at the beginning of the new season, the first [Territory War] for all formal and growth servers will open on June 25 (Tuesday). On June 22 (Saturday), we will open [Drills] to help generals familiarize themselves with this season's [Territory War] in advance.
     
   • [Newbie Server]: To ensure that new players have time to grow and learn, the first [Territory War] on the newbie server will open on June 29 (Saturday). There will be no [Territory War] or [Drills] on June 22 (Saturday) and June 25 (Tuesday).
     
   • The last official [Territory War] before the season's settlement will be on August 31 (Saturday). [Drills] will be open on all servers on September 3 (Tuesday).
     
   • The reward settlement time for this season's territory wars is September 5 (Thursday). After the settlement of territory war rewards, we will continue to open [Territory Wars] every Tuesday and Saturday on all servers until the new season update.
2. [Ranked Matches] Related
   
   • In past seasons, the lengthy daily availability of ranked matches, especially during low online periods, led to excessive fatigue from extended queue wait times. During low online periods, normal match-making was often difficult.
     
   • Additionally, requiring a large number of stars to rank up made many players feel bored and fatigued during the mid to late season.
     
   • To allow more players to enjoy high-quality matches with less pressure and to manage their time more reasonably throughout the season, we have adjusted the opening times of ranked matches and the number of stars required for ranking up:
     
     • Concentrate the daily opening times during peak login hours to enhance match quality with more participants.
       
     • Aiming to accommodate peak times for both Europe and Americas, opening ranked matches during both peak periods.
       
     • Open more days each week, allowing players to freely choose their participation times to suit different players.
       
     • Shorten the total time required to rank up and earn rank rewards throughout the season, reducing the grind for players.
   • Generals from South America will officially join the North American server on June 27, forming the new Americas server [Elysium Peak]. We believe their arrival will make ranked matches more exciting. To await their arrival and ensure overall fairness in ranked matches, we will not open ranked matches during the first week of the season.
     
   • These adjustments are uncharted territory for us. We will observe the overall situation during the season and make timely changes as needed. We thank all warlords for their attention and participation in ranked matches!

The specific adjustments to the opening times are as follows:

• Ranked matches will not be available before maintenance on June 27.
  
• After maintenance on June 27, we will adjust the opening times for ranked matches as follows:
  
  • Ranked matches will be open every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (not open on Monday). The daily opening times are as follows:

• (Attention: all those time settings will be adjusted according to Summer Time)
  
• All time slots are based on CEST (European Peak Hours). If you want to also play with your friends from the Americas during their peak times, you can see the related time slots referred to as "Americas Peak Hours".
  
• Meaning, if you want to catch the Sunday 14:00 - 16:00 time slot in the Americas (Americas Peak Hours, Sunday 2pm - 4pm in the table below), you'll need to log in at 23:00 and can play until 01:00 (Day+1).

[h2]Time Period II: More friendly to American players[/h2]

• All time slots are based on PST (Americas Peak Hours). If you want to play with your friends from the European Servers, during their peak times, you can see the related time slots referred to as "European Peak Hours".
  
• Meaning, if you want to catch the Sunday 8pm - 10pm time slot in the European servers (European Peak Hours, Sunday 20:00 - 22:00 in the table above), you'll need to log in at 11am and can play until 1pm.
  

• Since the EU & AM ranked matches are cross-server, you can freely choose to play during either of the above time slots!
