New Version Update 0.6.2.2
New Version Update 0.6.2.2
Hello everyone,
Please check out the patch notes below.
For Co-Op, I’ll need a couple more weeks to rework the gunfight and melee combat systems. These new combat mechanics will be implemented in the Co-Op version. You can check the current progress below.
I’ve built the Co-Op version from scratch with a focus on optimized memory usage and better performance. Many core systems and logic have been reworked to ensure it runs more smoothly than the single-player version. --Once the content in Co-Op reaches parity with the single-player version, The Co-Op build will be default version of the game (which will still support single-player mode) ** However, some gameplay mechanics like the new gunfight, recoil rework, and melee combat will remain exclusive to Co-Op and won’t be added to current build single-player (controller support as well).
*** To clarify, single-player remains the main focus for story content, quests, world-building, and overall game progression. All new areas, characters, and missions will continue to be developed primarily for the single-player experience. Only a few systems—like gunfight, melee, and controller support—are being developed specifically for Co-Op.
Also, the Co-Op version isn’t just for CooOp Mode —it supports single-player as well. So once it’s ready to replace the old build, you will still be able to choose whether you want to play solo or Co-Op, with all the new improvements included.
