Fairtravel Battle has finally reached its 8th development anniversary!

Version 40 Update 4

[p]Note: This update is releasing earlier to fix a critical bug with dates in certain systems [/p]
Card Changes
  • [p]Changed Back to Nature to scale by half your Life essence (instead of X being equal to your Life essence)[/p]
  • [p]Changed Enfeeble to give each follower -2/-2 until end of turn (instead of -5/-5 to a single follower)[/p]
  • [p]Changed Satchel to explore for all 3 types at once (instead of choosing a type)[/p]
  • [p]Threaten no longer draws a card[/p]
  • [p]Raphael the Wayfinder and Soulite Sword now require 1 mana to explore[/p]
  • [p]Construct Factory no longer draws cards and costs 1 mana and 1 justice (down from 3 mana and 2 justice)[/p]

  • [p]Improved CPU logic when dealing with unique cards and mana management[/p]
  • [p]Explorer now allows custom decks and customization (but decks are locked to 0 cards)[/p]

  • [p]Fixed copying sub game modes with the same name to allow for creating a duplicate with a slightly diferent name. The sub game mode must have different parameters than all sub game modes of the game mode they belong to[/p]
  • [p]Added support for disabling redraw and duplicates in Explorer. When redraw is disabled, each player will draw a card each turn[/p]
  • [p]Fixed Arfactus's first effect destroying everything[/p]
  • [p]Fixed Frenzy not being used by the CPU[/p]

Added redraw assist accessibility option

Card Changes
  • Added animation to Lost Soul's Last Words trigger
  • Changed +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters into strength and weakness counters. This simplifies design by making so these counters affect each card differently - strength counters increase attack, health, and armor, where it makes sense (for example, an armor card will not gain attack or health, but will gain armor), while weakness counters do the opposite
  • Changed Blacksmith's effect to choose between two strength counters on a follower or one strength counter on a weapon or armor
  • Slightly improved CPU players' intelligence with certain cards

Version 40 Update 1 - Improved art and Bugfixes

Major Changes
  • Updated the UI for resources
  • Added Colored Playmats accessibility option
  • Added support for disabling card styles in battles as an accessibility option
  • Added colorblind accessibility setting (affects only battles)
  • Added Large Battle Icons accessibility option (Phones automatically enable this)
  • Added Heroic Raids (and nerfed regular raids)
  • Added icons for quests, completed quests, and level counters


Card Changes
  • Changed Grove Arms's armor slot to Hands (from Wrist)
  • Added Full Art Old Photo card style
  • Changed Larial's draw effect to draw a single card (down from two)


Other Changes
  • Potentially fxed the multiplayer turn skip bug
  • Fixed cutouts on heroes
  • Fixed players or playmats being placed in the wrong location
  • Updated text colors for buffs and debuffs to be slightly less strong/confusing
  • Added warning for redrawing too fast or when the player has no mana
  • Bumped Tutorial 2's enemy hero health to 9
  • Adjusted collection quantity icons to be closer to the card itself to prevent confusion
