5.1.2 balance update!

• Nuke much more deadly but more expensive.
  
• SteamCopters are horrible mosquito swarm weapons with dual pneumatic slug cannons.
  
• The Mighty Broadsword lives up to its name, with an ultra-long range triple HEAT missile launcher and minigun turret.
  
• Performance is slightly better with some FX :)
