Another small update bringing a number of improvements to address the feedback we've received.

- Optimize player, janitor and projectile FX by implementing culling mechanisms
- HUD sway toggle in interface settings
- Postpone opening of the vote menu until the user has stopped interacting with chat/other menus
- Fixed occasional race condition crash in scoreboard scripts on map load
- Fixed team switch notification issues
- Added team swap warning
- Restored chat voice lines
- Improved sword handling (and new animations by SniperGoth and Rabidbutton)
