Re.Poly V 0.5.0
Hey there girls and guys. I decided to upgrade the game to the latest Unreal Engine build to stay up to date with the game. This caused some issues and I know that there are still some that I did not noticed so please tell me if you find something.
Now the content adding can begin :)
Update Notes Version 0.5.0
Updated the game Engine to Unreal Engine 5.3
Additions:
+ Added better animal foot IK
+ Added Green lands main Theme soundtrack (Made by @Dragens - Ruvaak )
+ Added: Setting to choose the direct X version
+ Added a delay for ingame music so that it does not loop all the time
+ Added: Info on how much resources are needed to repair a build part or placeable
+ Added: New rock destruction effect (Better performance)
Changes:
- Changed: Rock destruction is changed to a particle effect instead of using a destruction simulation to safe performance
- Changed: Reduced the brightness of some materials
- Changed: Screen space reflections are changed from lumen back to normal screen space which saves some performance
- Changed: Rebuilded tropical portal effects looking better now
Fixes:
- Fixed: Cape has strange behavior sometimes
- Fixed: Tropical lands portal other side effect has the wrong rotation
- Fixed: Loading a game will not save the registered players in a village center
- Fixed: Teleporter at raster K16 do not work as intended
- Fixed: Resolution scale is not changed correctly
- Fixed: Character Torch will hit performance significantly
- Fixed: Some rocks are popping in and out strangely
- Fixed: Bug reporter is offscreen
- Fixed: When the character dies it has still the same amount of water, energy and hunger
- Fixed: pressing shift+left mouse on an item in your inventory while the research table is opened the item will be go to nowhere
- Fixed: Mount emissive colors are too heavy
- Fixed: Corrected overall colors of Props etc.
- Fixed: Using a shovel on clay that is found in the tropical lands will give earth instead of clay and will not break
- Fixed: Placeable stuff can not be damaged
- Fixed: Beehive falling do not spawn a destructible model
