Fishing and Mount changes

It is been a while since the last patch was coming out. Today I can give you a little bit of new stuff. Not much but a bit.

The next update will be a larger economic update. So stay tuned for future updates.

Poorly there is one bad thing to tell. If you have a horse placed in the world from an old savegame, your savegame will not work anymore. There is no way to get this to work. Sorry about that.
The official Tstserver had a wipe too.

Thanks to all of you that understand that making a game alone in this pandemic times can be hard, tricky and sometimes a bit of a curse.

- Created simple fishing logic and implemented all important logics to the game
- Added logic to make possible Fishing and AFK - Fishing

Changes:

- Removed "Mounts" - Menu
- Horses can carry 2 players now



Fixes:

- Fixed positioning with fence gates that are placeable on the ground
- Fixed problems with deleting foundation fence gates
- Fixed foundation fence gate positioning
- Fixed durability issues on player remains that drop after death
- Fixed armor will disappear from remains
- Fixed using items while gliding is possible

New year, new content

Ok the hollidays are over, the new year is started. Time to go to work and do some good stuff for you. The last update is a couple of weeks ago and I guess, you wondering why. But no worries. Doing 2 Jobs is a bit hard and I needed some time to plan the new stuff that I will implement.

Updates will be posted at the beginning of every Month. Means every 1st of a month a new update will be live.
This descision has been made because I will implement much more content and it has to be tested before I implement a buggy, unplayable update.

Planned for the next update:

(1st February) All about mounts and economic

- Implement the new Mount system
- Leveling system for Mounts
- Mount skills and abilities
- Adding a NPC that will help you with training your mount
(Also important for transforming your mount into a magical mount)
- Adding new mount specific items that will be needed for a magical mount (All of them are farmable in the world)
- Changing the character progression to local. Means your char's level and all future skills etc will be persistent.
(Joining other servers are possible with your leveled and skilled char)
- Adding Logout char (Your char will stay on the server with your items in it)
- Adding animals (cow, chicken, sheep, pig, goat)
- Adding animal feeding system
- Adding animal breeding system
- Adding trading NPC
- Adding market board
- Adding Economic based tasks for the town
- Adding water system
- Adding new crop fields
- Bug fixes

I hope I can implement all this stuff in this amount of time.

Update V 0.0.7g Back to old but gold

Hi there girls and guys.

The poll throws out that most of you want back the old building system. Because your voice is the strongest influence to the game, I reimplemented the old system and threw out the block building system.

But it will be a bit different. Instead of crafting the build parts and placing them, you will now use the hammer to place them and manage them. There are more options for managing the buildparts now too.

My time is limited in these days. The game is not my usual job but I try to invest every free minute. That will cause a lag in updates but I think I will have some more time in the next weeks.

It is not perfect but we all will test this out and make it better. So have a nice week and stay healthy.

Additions:

- Added level display from guild members in the guild menu
- Added info how many items will be crafted to the crafting listings
- Readded the old building system and removed the block building system
- Added a radial menu für building
- Added a text render to the build preview to see where is the front side on walls
- Added Foundation fence gate
- Added "Turn build part" to the building options
- Added upgrade tiers to the building options



Changes:

- The hammer is a multitool now. You can build and manage everything with it.
- It is now possible to use the hammer while swimming



Fixes:

- increased the performance a little
- Fixed Item stacking. This should work now when picking up items, transfer them with shift + left mouse, transfer them with the transfer button and when crafting.
- Fixed bows and crossbows do not update their durability after shoot with them
- Fixed resource respawn
- Fixed resource collisions (Invisible objects that blocks your way)
- Fixed text on invisible resources



Planned for next week:

- Make all animals except of rabbits and foxes tameable and ridable
- Rework the fence and fort stuff placing
- Adding aminmals for breeding
- Water stuff implementation
- Bug fixes

Final Descision for the building system

Hi there. I'm sorry to be so quiet this time. I have a lot of work to do (My usual job takes me so much)
but it will be better in the next week. So I decided to give you the possibility to give a last vote on the building system.

Most of you told me they want the old building system but there are some that likes the new system.
I tried to make it possible to use both systems but this is very cringe. It will not fit or work together.
Anyway, I think it is time for a final descision. But it should not be mine, it should be your descision, because you play the game.

Community project means to hear every voice. So I made a poll to get your voice.

Hi there gus and girls.

Today there is only a small patch because my usual work keeps me a lot. I hope the next week will be better. It makes me crazy to not have enought time to work more on the game but I do my best for you.

The poll last week has told me that most of you want a mix of the old and the new building system, which I will make possible in the next week. There will be a water update too.

A bit lag of creating content but it will be better I hope. Doing the full time job and the game can be a bit of pain. Not because of the game if you know what I mean.
