Update 2.7.4 - Always fly mode with no collisions

- Added new 'Always Fly' option in Settings which allows flying with no collisions
- Disable character footstep sounds when full body is off. Since you have no feet
- Fix hanging when exiting Sandbox level
- Fix hand collisions not reset when exiting Sandbox level
