Patch 36.13: Fixes & Improvements for Purchases

Hi Universe Architects,

We have an important patch that addresses some core purchase issues in version 36.13:

• Fixed an issue where softlock would occur if you attempt an In-App purchase on Steam mac.
  
• Fixed an issue where the Infinity Pass renewal pop up would not work properly.
  
• Various backend fixes for failed purchases.
