Research Laboratory is the newest type of structure available in the game.
It allows you to explore and unlock new Blueprints.

After you place the first Lab in the factory, you will gain access to the Research window.
It provides an easy overview of available blueprints and their unlock requirements, as well as, the list of the ongoing researches with their current progress.



The speed of unlocking is determined by workers you hire specifically for this kind of job.
In order to secure top-notch efficiency, make sure to employ the best of the best specialists with adequate stats and skills requirements.
