[Announcement] Changes to Operation Policy

In order to provide fair and enjoyable game environment, we will be changing our Operation Policy on December 20, 2024 (Fri).
Please check the details below to avoid any issues that may arise in the future.
■ Application Date: December 20, 2024 (Fri)
■ Major Changes
• Details on Use of Unauthorized Programs and Macros
We have separated the category regarding the distribution and use of unauthorized programs and macros.
• Reinforcement on Use of Unauthorized Programs and Macros
We have added content where we could escalate the punishment based on the level of exploit.
■ Operation Policy on Sanctions

• Abnormal Gameplay refers to the exploit of in-game bugs and the acquisition of advantage that follows.
• The Use of Macro refers to the Hardware and Software use to perform repetitive tasks that are not supported in the game.
• The items acquired through the violation of Operation Policy may be confiscated.
• The sanctions may be escalated based on the number of violations made in the past or the size of advantage acquired.
• The game company is not responsible for losses accrued from gameplay restrictions due to sanctions.
■ Contesting the Sanctions Placed
• Players may contest the sanctions placed within the 15 days of Gameplay Restrictions. Players may not contest the restrictions after the 15 days have passed.
