[Announcement] Apology on the Decision from the Korean FTC on GrandChase Classic

Hello, I'm Jong Won Lee, CEO of KOG Games, Inc.

Firstly, I'd like to apologize for all the players who have continued to support GrandChase Classic over a great deal of time.

The Korean Fair Trade Commission issued a cease-and-desist order and sanctions regarding the past operation of GraneChase Classic for improperly disclosing the rates of items during the period of August, 2022 - February, 2023. These have already been immediately corrected in response to player feedback.

However, we believe that we must take responsibility for the confusion that we have caused amongst players and believe that the FTC's decision is fair. We will review our operation policies thoroughly and will hold higher standards to strive to maintain player trust. We will also reinforce our internal training and procedures to ensure that such events will never recur again.

On top of that, we have prepared a compensation for players who have purchased the "Seal Breaker Scroll" during the period with the issue in question. We will compensate the Seal Breaker Scrolls based on the quantity purchased and rates disclosed through individual mail.
Even though that this is exclusive to service in Korea, we plan to provide the same compensation for all players in other regions as well.

We sincerely apologize to all players who have been disappointed by this issue, and we will strive to make GrandChase Classic more trusted in the future.

Thank you.

KOG Games Inc. CEO Jong Won Lee.
