[Announcement] Additional Notice on Pollicy for Long-Term Inactive Accounts

To provide better service and ensure smooth game operations, the End User License Agreement (EULA) will be updated to include a new Inactive Account Policy.
Please check the details below to avoid any inconvenience.
■ Effective Date: November 12, 2025 (Wed) (UTC+0)
■ Inactive Account Policy
• To improve service quality and maintain stable game operations, KOG may delete account information or nicknames for accounts that have not logged into the game for 365 days or more (hereinafter referred to as “inactive accounts”).
• If information within an inactive account is scheduled for deletion, KOG will notify users in advance through an official notice detailing the deletion schedule and contents.
• Account information and nicknames deleted under the Inactive Account Policy cannot be restored.
■ Additional Notes
- After the policy update on November 12, 2025, the EULA Agreement window may appear again even if you have previously agreed to the EULA. Players must agree to the updated EULA displayed in the agreement window to continue playing the game normally.
