[Announcement] November 12th 2nd Character Balance Revamp Preview

[/p][p]The 2nd round of character balance revamp will be implemented in the upcoming maintenance on November 12. We plan to improve the two following aspects in terms of balancing in the future.[/p][p][/p][p]First, we plan to share the balance patch more ahead so we could receive more feedback from players. This will allow us to bring a better balance patch for all.[/p][p][/p][p]Second, we will share the stat value changes in the balance changes we are bringing as well.[/p][p]Balance changes with no marker on how much value changes that are taking effect will be included in future announcements. (There may be more adjustments to the stats at the time of the update.)[/p][p][/p][p]A Pre-Registration will begin for the next content during the update on November 12th, on top of the balance patch.
