[Announcement] Find the Nickname! Event

Hello, Heroes of Bermesiah!

Starting from November 22, 2025 (Sat) 06:00 (UTC+0), players can change their nickname in the 'Find the Nickname!' Event.


- Event Period: November 12, 2025 (Wed) Maintenance - December 3, 2025 (Wed) Maintenance (UTC+0)

- In the [Find the Nickname!] event, players can select and claim nicknames that were reset from long-term inactive accounts.
- Reset nicknames will become available for use starting November 22, 2025 06:00 (UTC+0).
- Players can access the event screen by clicking the [Find the Nickname!] icon at the top of the World Map.

※ Nicknames Scheduled for Reset: Accounts that have not logged in during November 1, 2023 (Wed) 06:00 - November 12, 2025 (Wed) Maintenance (UTC+0)

1) Nickname Search

- When searching for a nickname, if it is one of the reset nicknames, it will appear in the search results.

2) Wishlist Registration

- Clicking the [Star] button allows players to add a desired nickname to the Wishlist.

3) Wishlist
- Players can check or remove nicknames from the wishlist in the [Wishlist] tab.
- Up to 10 nicknames can be registered, and the list will remain saved even after logging out.
- Adding a nickname to the Wishlist does not guarantee reservation. The nickname can only be used if changed first once it becomes available (after November 22, 2025, 06:00 UTC+0).

4) Nickname Change

- Players can change their nickname by clicking the [Change] button in either the [Search] or [Wishlist] section.
- Reset nicknames can only be used starting from November 22, 2025 06:00 (UTC+0). Before this time, the [Change] button will remain inactive.

5) Nickname Change Card Purchase

- The number of Nickname Change Cards currently owned will be displayed in the event pop-up window.
- Players can purchase additional cards immediately by clicking the [Purchase] button. Purchased cards are sent directly to the inventory.
※ Purchases made through the event pop-up window cannot be refunded, so please confirm before purchasing.

6) Event Mission

- Players who add at least one nickname to their wishlist will receive ‘[Event] Nickname Change Card x1’ as a reward.
- The mission can be completed once per account.
- The event mission reward must be claimed before maintenance on December 3, 2025.

7) Information for Nickname Reset Accounts
- Accounts that had their nickname reset due to long inactivity will be assigned a temporary nickname automatically.
- Upon first login after the reset, one Nickname Change Card will be sent via in-game mail.
- The mail is valid for 21 days, so please be sure to claim it before it expires.
※ The nickname reset notice pop-up and mail distribution will be available until November 12, 2026.
After this date, notifications and mails will not be sent.
