We will announce the winners for the Merch Event.

March 20, 2024 (Wed) - April 10, 2024 (Wed) (3 weeks from Winners Announcement)
Shipping Address Input
Players can fill out the form by going to GrandChase > Support Center > 1:1 Chat > Report Type [Merch Event Winner Address Input]
*Please enter the shipping address information by logging into GrandChase to go to Support Center.
*Winners must go to Support Center in GrandChase. Otherwise, they will not receive the Merch.
*Please fill out the form in English if you are not receiving the Merch in South Korea.

- If winners did not enter the Shipping Address within the set time period, they will not receive the Merch.
- Winners may not receive the Merch if they input incorrect information.
- Shipping will be conducted after the address submission period. Shipping may be delayed due to certain delivery processes.
- You may be excluded from Event Winners for the cases below.
- Winners below the age of 14 must submit a document that displays consent from a parent or guardian. Failure to submit the document for such cases may exclude the player from winning.
- In order for us to ship the Merch, we will need to collect and use personal information including Contact and Address. We consider winners who submit their address form filled out as agreeing to the Consent of Collection and Use of Personal Information.
