[Announcement] 64-Bit Client Update and 32-Bit Discontinuation on September 25th
Hello, Heroes of Bermesiah!
As previously announced, to provide players with a more stable gaming experience, we will discontinue support for 32-bit clients and transition to 64-bit clients starting with the upcoming September 25 maintenance.
The 64-bit client update will be applied across all platforms, including Steam. Please check back in advance to ensure smooth gameplay.
■ How to check current operating system [Link]
- If the PC already has a 64-bit Operating System, an upgrade is not needed to play.
■ How to upgrade to 64-bit Operating System
- First, check the 64-bit support for the current CPU.
- [Windows 10]: Settings > System > About > System Type
- [Windows 8/8.1]: Settings > PC Info > System Type
- [Windows 7]: Start Menu > Right-click Computer > Properties > System Type
- In System Type, if the CPU includes "64-bit processor" or "x64", the CPU supports 64-bit.
64-bit client can be used to play after updating to 64-bit Windows.
[64-Bit Windows Update Link]
- In System Type, if the CPU includes "32-bit processor" or "x86", the CPU does not support 64-bit.
64-bit client can be used to play after changing the CPU for one that supports 64-bit Operating Systems and updating to 64-bit Windows.
