[Announcement] Issues Found After Maintenance on Jan 10
Hello, Heroes of Bermesiah!
We’d like to discuss the issues regarding the FPS drop that many players experienced after the maintenance on January 10, 2024 (UTC+0).
Since the maintenance caused all settings to reset to default settings, this may cause graphics option to be set to high, which led to FPS drop for certain players.
The issue has been fixed as of now.
If you are still experiencing FPS issues, please reset the Graphics settings.
If you experience FPS issues after that, please contact the support center.
