The members of GrandChase succeeded in banishing the Void, but the victory was by no means complete.

If these beings continue to spawn, the world will eventually fall into the Void's control.

The members realize the urgency of the situation, and recognize how much stronger they need to be.
At the same time, the will to overcome the despair begins to awaken within each of them.

Below is the issue that has been identified.



We have identified an issue where certain players who purchased the 7 Day Login Package after November 13th at 06:00 (UTC+0) did not receive the rewards today (after 06:00 (UTC+0)).
We have now fixed the issue and confirmed that players will be able to receive their rewards for the remaining days. Players who have missed out on these rewards will receive them by mail.


We will strive to get this resolved as soon as possible.

1. Seal Breaker Coordi Encore Event (November 20th 06:00 ~ December 11th 06:00 (UTC+0))

2. Sentry Alert Event in Progress
1) Event Attendance Log (November 6th After Maintenance - November 27th Before Maintenance (UTC+0))
- For 15 days, login for 30 minutes daily to receive [Event] GP Item Property Scroll, Raid Dungeon Entry Ticket, Single Stat Change Scroll, Single Stat Drop Protection Scroll, Another World Dungeon Entry Ticket, Hero Dungeon Entry Ticket, GP Item Property Scroll, Coordi Fusion Scroll, Reinforcement Protection Scroll, and other various rewards.

2) Battle Power Growth Event (November 6th After Maintenance - December 18th Before Maintenance (UTC+0))
- Players can progress through missions with up to 3 characters at max.
- Players can receive rewards every time they reach a set battle power level.
- If players reach a certain Battle Power, players can acquire [Flawless Vigilance] Title, [Event] Single Property Scroll (Lv.85), [Event] GP Item Property Scroll, [Event] Growth Support Card Select Box, Single Stat Change Support Box, Raid Dungeon Entry Ticket, Single Property Scroll (Lv.85), Reinforcement Protection Scroll, GP Item Property Scroll, Coordi Fusion Scroll, Monster Card Box, and other various items depending on the stage.
- Once a player makes a selection, they cannot cancel or change their selection. Players must make their selection carefully.
- Players can progress missions by pressing participating characters. (Players can progress through missions without selecting all 3 participating characters.)
- Once a player has made selections, players can only see the Event Menu in the World Map when they log into participating characters.
- All missions will be terminated during maintenance on December 18th (UTC+0).

3) Daily Event Mission (November 6th After Maintenance - December 18th Before Maintenance (UTC+0))
- Upon clearing the Daily Mission, players can acquire the rewards for the mission completed.
- The Daily Mission is not a chain mission and can be cleared at any order.


4) Weekly Chain Event Mission
- Players can clear a total of 8 missions in order and acquire rewards.
- Chain Mission can only be cleared 1 time per account.
- Login mission can only be cleared if the previous login mission is cleared.
- Week 3 Chain Mission (November 20th 06:00 - November 27th Before Maintenance (UTC+0)): Players can acquire [Event] Single Property Scroll, [Event] GP Item Property Scroll, Another World Dungeon Entry Ticket, Hero Dungeon Entry Ticket, and other various items upon clearing all missions.

3. Challenge! Aernas Great Exploration Event in Progress
- Players can acquire guaranteed rewards per Expedition Rank, regional Exploration Progress rewards, general Exploration Progress rewards, and more through Challenge! Aernas Great Exploration.
- Exploration Rewards will be sent by mail. Certain items for Exploration Reward cannot be moved to the warehouse. Please carefully choose the character to receive the Exploration Reward.
