Following the release of Iris, various data such as dungeon statistics, character usage rates, and survey results have been analyzed
in preparation for updates that will allow players to continue fostering affection for their characters.

This notice aims to share the general direction of the upcoming balance update in advance.
The first round of balance adjustments is scheduled for October 22nd, with additional updates to be implemented sequentially through future patches.
In addition to balance changes, new systems, dungeons, and other diverse updates are also being prepared for the latter half of this year.

Below are the details of the balance patch scheduled for October 22nd.

■ Counter Attack Improvements for 4th Bar and Awakening Special Skills
4th Bar and Awakening Special Skills are designed to consume a significant amount of resources in order to deliver powerful attacks during crucial moments.
However, situations have arisen in which monsters evade attacks through counter attacks when struck.
To avoid counter attacks, certain skill types have become disproportionately favored, resulting in a lack of variety in skill concepts.
To address this, improvements will be made so that monsters in dungeons do not perform counter attacks or teleportation when struck by these skills.

■ Reduction of Pre-Delay for 3rd Bar Special Skills
The time between activation and the first hit of an Special Skill is referred to as the “preparation time.”
This duration varies depending on each skill’s concept.
However, because 3rd Bar Special Skills significantly influence overall damage output, the difference in preparation time has had a considerable impact on balance.
To resolve this, adjustments will be made to the time-stop effect applied when using 3rd Bar Special Skills, reducing the disparity in time until the first strike occurs.

In addition to the balance updates mentioned above, further improvements such as damage adjustments and structural refinements for Special Skills will also be implemented. Detailed information will be provided in future update announcements.
The following are additional balance improvements planned for upcoming patches:

■ Fix for Forced Right-Facing Direction After Using Certain Special Skills
In some cases, using certain Special Skills forces the character to face right. As a result, Pet Skills may activate in unintended directions when used during these skills. This issue will be corrected to ensure Pet Skills activate as intended.

■ Character Movement and Control Improvements
After previous adjustments to character controls, instances were identified where characters did not respond as intended, leading to a less satisfactory control experience.
Overall responsiveness and precision will be improved to ensure accurate input and smoother control.

■ Structural Improvements for Certain Characters’ Special Skills and Command Systems
Based on analyses of play rates, endgame participation data, and survey feedback, several characters with lower overall performance have been identified.
Since minor numerical adjustments alone are insufficient to improve their effectiveness, structural improvements will be made to enhance their usability.

The development team will continue to work diligently to ensure that GrandChase remains an enjoyable and enduring game for all players.

- Players can acquire attendance rewards by logging in for 30 minutes daily for 15 days.
- Players can acquire Single Property Scroll (Lv.85), [Event] Imprint of Harvest (1 Day) Box, Single Stat Change Scroll, Single Stat Drop Protection Scroll, GP Item Property Scroll, Reinforcement Protection Scroll, Coordi Fusion Scroll, and over various items.

2) Challenge! Bingo Event (October 1, 2025 (Wed) After Maintenance - November 12, 2025 (Wed) Before Maintenance (UTC+0))

- Click on the [Challenge! Bingo Event] icon button on the top of the World Map during the event period to be moved to the event screen.
- Players can claim the rewards from the [Challenge! Bingo Event] until maintenance begins on November 12th.

(1) Bingo Event Details

- Click on the [Use Auto Ticket]/[Use Select Ticket] button to consume 1 ticket and activate 1 bingo slot.

① Use Auto Ticket: Activates 1 random slot from the inactivated bingo slots.

② Use Select Ticket: Activates 1 selected slot from the inactivated bingo slots.

- Players can acquire the [Bingo Line Completion Reward] when 4 bingo slots are lined up in a row/column. Acquired rewards will be automatically sent to the inventory.
- When 3 bingo lines are completed, the [Bingo Board Cumulative Completion] count will increase by 1. Players can start a new bingo afterwards.
- There is no limit to the number of bingo boards that can be completed in a day.
- Players can acquire the [Bingo Board Cumulative Completion Reward] upon completing a certain amount of bingo boards.

(2) Bingo Ticket Acquisition
① Clear Daily Dungeon (October 1, 2025 (Wed) After Maintenance - November 12, 2025 (Wed) Before Maintenance (UTC+0))
- Players can acquire 2 Auto Tickets upon clearing a Special Dungeon/Harrier Dungeon/Another World Dungeon 1 time. (Daily Limit: 5 times)

② Daily Event Mission (October 1, 2025 (Wed) After Maintenance - November 12, 2025 (Wed) Before Maintenance (UTC+0))

(3) Bingo Reward

- There are 3 different boxes for the Bingo Line Reward. Players can acquire 1 random item from the contents of each box based on a set chance.

3. Master Road Event In Progress (September 20, 2025 (Wed) After Maintenance - October 22, 2025 (Wed) Before Maintenance (UTC+0))

- Players can navigate to the event screen by clicking the [Master Road] event icon button at the top of the screen in the World Map during the event period.
- When maintenance begins on October 22, the ongoing [Master Road] event along with any unclaimed [Mission Rewards], [Cumulative Score Rewards], and [Refinery Event Item Crafting] will all end. Please make sure to claim rewards before the maintenance starts.

1) Event Mission
- Event missions consist of Growth, Equipment, and Iris-exclusive missions.

(1) Missions in the [Growth] tab can be completed with any character and focus on character/account growth.
(2) Missions in the [Equipment] tab can be completed with any character and focus on equipment progression.
(3) Missions in the [Iris] tab can only be completed with the new character, 'Iris'.


- Click the [Guide] button to view content details.
- Click the [Shortcut] button to quickly access related content.


- Upon clearing a mission, click the [Receive Reward] button to receive mission points and rewards.
- Points obtained through mission clears are accumulated.
- Missions can still be completed even after all cumulative score rewards are acquired.

2) Cumulative Reward

- Once enough points are accumulated, [Cumulative Score Rewards] become available. Click the activated reward icon to claim rewards.
- Cumulative score rewards are delivered via mail.

3) Event Equipment

- High-performance, temporary event equipment is provided to support growth during the event period.
- Event Equipment: [Event] Master Chase Weapon, [Event] Master Chaser Anklet (2 items, Temporary)


- [Event] Master Chaser Equipment can be exchanged for useful items at [Refinery] → [Crafting] → [Event] tab before the event ends.
- Players can only craft Voidal Devourer Weapon Select Box of the same character as [Event] Master Chaser Weapon. Please be careful about which character to craft.
- [Master Tokens] from event mission rewards are also required as crafting material. Alternatively, 1 [Master Token] can be exchanged for 1 'Advanced Rune Summon Chest'.
- Both '[Event] Master Chaser Equipment' and 'Master Tokens' will be deleted once maintenance begins on October 22. Please craft items at the [Refinery] before maintenance starts.

■ Inactive Account Policy
• To improve service quality and maintain stable game operations, KOG may delete account information or nicknames for accounts that have not logged into the game for 365 days or more (hereinafter referred to as “inactive accounts”).
• If information within an inactive account is scheduled for deletion, KOG will notify users in advance through an official notice detailing the deletion schedule and contents.
• Account information and nicknames deleted under the Inactive Account Policy cannot be restored.

■ Additional Notes
- After the policy update on November 12, 2025, the EULA Agreement window may appear again even if you have previously agreed to the EULA. Players must agree to the updated EULA displayed in the agreement window to continue playing the game normally.
