The 1.71 update is now up



New Mythic mechanic: Imbuement. Allows you to expand the functionality of your Mythic items by adding up to 2 new powers (Imbuements) to them. First, you select a specific pool of Imbuements to choose from, then the resulting power is selected from that pool at random.

Also includes:
- 4 new Mythics and 2 new slots (wrist and belt), 2 items each.
- Mythic items amount cap increased to 20 (was 15).
- Item sets received new, powerful bonuses when completed, and had some of the other bonuses rehashed.

Several bug and stability fixes included.

Development Roadmap

Hello fellow Wizards!

The previous Roadmap's run is over, and we're announcing the new 2025/26 Roadmap!

Last year, one of the major features for us was implementing a translations module. We've started as early as the beginning of 2024, but it was a humongous task. Now, the technical part is done, and it's already available live. Another big feature we've done outside of the original Roadmap was the Mythic Items, and we intend to keep expanding upon both their amount and their functionality later on this year. We've also populated the Realm map with a great amount of various Quasi-Realms, including 4 new Class ones.

This year we're planning on:
- Further improving Mythic items. New bases for slots that did not have any before, new customization/improvement options for them.
- A rework of Pantheon, making it more flexible and complex. This rework will also lay a good foundation for further improving the Pantheon by introducing Pantheon Memetics.
- We're looking into restructuring earlier Paragons. Currently, there's a great amount of power available to the player early on, but new players instead are often overwhelmed by the amount of mechanics they're introduced to all at once in a short period of time. We believe somehow spacing them out will allow players to get more familiar with things they already have before moving on to the new thing.



Along with other updates, we'll be including:
- More Quasi-Realms, T2 Classes Quasis
- More Enhancement Spells
- More Paramnesics, Heritages, Imprints
- New Skins

As before, it's a rough estimate and it's possible we'll move or include some things if necessary.

Shards Of Heaven

1.70 update, "Shards Of Heaven", is now up.



- New feature: Mythic Items
You can now craft a set of items of a new quality of items: Mythics. Only one Mythic item can be equipped at any time (but you can possess up to 15). This items have a base "inherent" bonus that depends on the item type and 3 random bonuses. The enchant type is freely changeable at any time, with the pool of available enchant types matching the enchant types that can be found on regular items in this slot. The random bonuses can be rerolled for Nullifiers.

Also, the Wizard's Hat Annual Tournament Event is now live!

Log in to receive a humble entry gift and participate in the Wizard's Hat Annual Tournament Event!
Complete the Tasks and collect bonus points to gain progress in a series of goals, each unlocking a new reward, with the final goal of gaining a new Mount!

In addition, there's a bonus to Trial Rune generation speed that'll last until March 15th.

Among other changes, some directly tied to the new Mythic Items mechanic:

- "Rare goodies" experiment removed.
- 2 new Experiments: "Nullifiers" (chance to get a random amount of Nullifiers) and "Rune progress" (give double, compared to other experiments, Rune progress per Dust spent). Effect of Crafting and Experiment efficiency works on both.
- Option "Buy all Mana Sources" now always available. Paragon 10 replaced by Paragon 29 (Increases attribute cap by 25).
- Disenchantment core removed from the game. Disenchanting now costs Nullifiers. All Disenchantment Cores you had on hand were converted into Nullifiers at 10:6 rate. Amount of Nullifiers gained from Market wares is now double or higher.
- Gods experience gain increased by 50%.
- Expedition Keys now can be also traded by 1000s (hotkey Alt).
- By popular demand, increased the maximum zoom for the Realms map.

The 1.69 update is now up



We've finally integrated translations into the game - Russian language is available, while German and French are available via machine translation for now. We also intend to add more languages with community's support. Keep in mind there's a select few sections of the game still untranslated - soon to be finished.

Another highlight of the patch is the removal of the Forge. Forge is no more! All the items are always available.

Some quasi rebalances, bug fixes and a lot of typos and ambiguous phrasing fixed.

It's Idle Wizards' 8th Anniversary!



For a month, starting today, everyone logging in will receive some bonus stuff and buffs.
The update is mostly a technical one and includes the following things:
- Character XP rewards no longer are an accumulated flat XP, but instead add to a multiplicative component, stacking exponentially (1.002 from Bat and 1.005 from Corruption, not affected by drop quantity bonus). This is to remove the issue of having to equip xp-granting gear every time you collect a corruption.
- Added a Quest about Exiling and cleared up some requirements.
- A couple of fixes to enhanced spells, memetics and more.
A collection of event items is awarded upon entering the Anniversary event!
