v0.408 Silencer and new achievements.

Version v0.408 is now live.

  • Rifle silencer added to the game. Player will be able to find it on all available maps.
  • Added achievement "Crow's eye".
  • Added achievement "Silent but deadly".
  • Added achievement "Cooking papa".
  • Flying possessed crow can now be scared by flare.
  • Fixed bug that caused "No Flight Zone" achievement to trigger when player killed possessed crow.

You need to start new hunt on any map to spawn silencer in the world. I'm planning to start work on a new map, so update rate will noticeably slowdown.

v0.407 Possessed crow and fix for dogs spawn.

Version v0.407 is now live.

  • Player can now be attacked by possessed crow near hunter totems.
  • Last update broke dog spawn on Longwind Valley. This is now fixed. But you need to start new hunt on Longwind Valley for dogs to be there.
  • Other small changes and improvements.


Currently crow is not scared of flares and I didn't have a lot of time to balance it, because I had to rush this update as soon as I discovered issues with dog spawn.

v0.405 Fix for issue that was affecting difficulty and other fixes.

Version v0.405 is now live.

  • Fixed new bug that caused player to receive less damage on normal difficulty and more damage on easy difficulty. Basically difficulty of easy and normal was accidently swapped in previous update.
  • Dog will now bark while running if player is far from the dog, to make it easier to find the dog if player has lost it.
  • Fixed bug that caused shell ejection on hunting rifle, when player switched to different weapon and then switched back to hunting rifle.
  • Fixed bug that could cause animal AI to not work properly when animal is spawned near angry ghost.
  • Fixed bug that could cause angry ghost icon to be visible after game load.
  • Fixed issue that could cause bug where sniper scope stays enabled, when player is switched to shotgun.

v0.403 New enemy, hard difficulty and more.

Version 0.403 is now live.

[h3]Changelog:[/h3]
  • New enemy/enviermental thread added in a form of angry ghosts, that can reduce player maximum stamina level or even kill player if he gets very close to it.
  • Hard difficulty has been added to the game. At the moment, difficulty only affects amount of damage that player receives.
  • Original shotgun misfire chance is now randomized. When player picks up second shotgun, shotgun misfire chance is reduced to 10%.
  • If player will shot skinwalker with shotgun point blank. Player screen will get temporary covered with skinwalker's blood.
  • Level design changes near skinwalker cave on Longwind Valley.
  • Weapon ammo counter will now hide itself, only when weapon is fully loaded.
  • Cold mechanic has been redesigned. Bonefire no longer needed to get worm. In some cases cold will stop after 6 seconds in other cases it will stop, when player will leave cold area. Cold icon no longer gets displayed when player is cold.
  • Water on Longwind Valley will no longer make player cold.
  • Skinwalker camouflage ability now makes him even less visible.
  • "Church event" on Longwind Valley improved.
  • (balance change) Deer now deals less damage.
  • Default flashlight button changed to L.
  • Fixed bug that could cause too much screen shaking, when player is cold.
  • Fixed bug, that caused skinwalker health bar to look weird at the start of the hunt.
  • Cold blooded murder achievement got removed, because it wasn't a good fit for redesigned cold mechanic.
  • Updated tech that draws UI particles. This might help, with bug where UI particles wasn't drawn sometimes.
  • Other small changes, improvements and bug fixes.

v0.395 Player progression system added and other improvements.

Version v0.395 is now live.

Player progression system has been added to the game. Player will now get 1 hunter point for every killed enemy. Defeating a worshipper will give player 5 hunter points. Upon reaching certain hunter points thresholds, player will get option to choose between two abilities. For example, you need to earn 5 hunter points to get your first ability. Once players hunter points count reaches 15, player will get a second ability... etc.

Because of this change, there might be issues for players who continue their hunt using save file that was created in older version of a game. So it is recommended to not use continue button and start new hunt on any map you want.

  • Player progression system has been added to the game.
  • New skill called Tracker added to the game. It allows player to spot skinwalker footsteps from a larger distances. (50 meters instead of 33).
  • There's some changes in start spawn logic, to prevent situations when player could start game and get immediately attacked by worshiper.
  • Subtle, mostly visual change to skinwalker totems.
  • (balance change) Worshipers no longer give out new skill. Player will get 5 hunter points for killing it. Player maximum health will be restored and increased by 15 health points upon touching worshipper dead body.
  • Skinwalker health bar animation improved to provide better feedback.
  • (balance change) Wolfs are now a bit bigger.
  • (balance change) Ancestor spirit now restores and increase player maximum health by 10.
  • Fixed bug that to sometimes destroyed skinwalker totem in skinwalker cave.
