Contraband Expansion – Welcome to the Border! ⛓️

Due to unexpected staff shortages, the Brighton Police Department has been asked to assist with border duties.[/p][p]The border districts are completely separate areas on the outskirts of the State of Franklin for security reasons – but they are still connected to the highway network known from the Highway Patrol Expansion. This means: When you start a border shift, you will be transferred straight to the new districts. How convenient! And when a pursuit happens, you follow the fleeing drivers from the border stations onto the highway...[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Border control takes place at two different border inspection areas: At the primary inspection area, all vehicles must stop so that our agents can perform the necessary checks, including verifying documents such as passports, visas, driving licences, firearm licences and cargo declarations.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]If there is any discrepancy in the information provided, the affected vehicles will be redirected to the secondary inspection area, where additional checks will be conducted – including searching vehicle trunks, interiors and engines for contraband.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Additional questioning takes place at the desk in the new administrative building. You may be asked to verify the travel purpose, cargo information, or permit details. Biometric kiosks are also present![/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Is someone violating the law? You've found a wanted criminal? Send them to the arrest cells at the border, where they will await further proceedings. As a border officer, you can't take any risks.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Watchtowers have been placed at the very edge – and here, you must observe the safety of the border fence from a whole-new perspective. Scan the area with your binoculars and report any potential trespassers![/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]The border district is full of additional buildings intended to support the staff working in the inspection areas and precincts – including motels, supermarkets and gas stations.
