Blacklist Brigade - Version 0.7.0 - New Mission Update!

Hey, a new version is now out and it contains a new mission! It's a pretty lengthy one and offers a decent amount of action. Also added a little extension to Hostage Negotiations mission, so it's a bit longer now too. Sorry that took a little too long since the last update.

New content:

Fixes and improvements:
  • Minimum armor durability (temporal regen point) is now affected by difficulty levels. 50 for easy and normal, 25 hard, 0 very hard
  • AI teammates should now defend themselves more actively while moving to revive a downed team member
  • AI teammates will now stop reviving a team member if progress is < 50% and a threatening enemy is spotted
  • AI teammates are now automatically set back to follow mode after a move command when the player arrives near the move order point
  • AI teammates should now rush to upper floors to chase enemies only if the enemies are targeting a player or an AI teammate
  • AI teammates now crouch if they are in the line of fire of another teammate who is shooting or wanting to shoot
  • Further improved how AI teammates try to avoid players' and each others line of fire
  • AI teammates should now move to full cover if possible in situations where threatened by enemies while reloading weapons
  • AI teammates can't reload their weapons simultaneously while reviving anymore
  • Possible fixed a bug that allowed AI teammates occasionally to shoot through full height walls
  • Fixed a bug that caused enemies sometimes not to try to search players after seeing a dead body
  • Fixed a bug that caused sometimes controls not respond after trying to melee strike and shoot with an empty shotgun simultaneously
  • Smoke grenades 25% additional dodge bonus is now also applied when smoke is between players and shooting enemies (no need to stand directly inside smoke)
  • Fixed smoke grenades way too big collisions
  • Fixed a bug that caused smoke grenades and flashbangs to block AI navigation in tight spaces
  • Player characters are now pushed down if standing on really narrow edges without ground under their feet
  • Fixed a bug that caused explosive barrels not to deal damage sometimes

Blacklist Brigade - Version 0.6.7 - Patch Notes

A new version is now live. It adds possibility to use suppressors and upgrade weapon quality levels. It also contains lots of improvements to the enemy AI, mostly to give them some chances to detect suppressed shots.

The game is on now on a discount of 50%, so if you don't own it yet, now would be a good chance to get it with the biggest discount so far!

New features:
  • Added Weaponsmith tab to the Weapon Selector. It's now possible to attach suppressors and upgrade weapon quality levels (increases damage, accuracy, and reload speed)

Fixes and improvements:
  • Lots of tweaks to enemy AI, so they would have chances to detect suppressed shots. Chances are increased on higher difficulty levels. They can also detect bullet impacts and have chances to detect impact noises
  • Improved how enemies use covers. They may stay in cover crouched and wait for the player to enter their attack range, if they are between the player and mission objectives
  • Enemies pointed by players weapon should not anymore try to run for cover (because probably will be dead before getting in the cover)
  • Difficulty levels affects now to how quickly damaged enemies response to fire
  • Difficulty levels affects now also to how quickly enemies react when hearing door opening noise
  • Fixed a bug that caused opening a door by kicking not generate noise that can be heard by enemies
  • Fixed a bug that caused AI characters unable to enter Molotov fire area even when it's already burned and just generating smoke
  • Fixed a bug that caused RPG-7 rocket to explode on the shooting player when moving and shooting forward
  • Enemies react now much quicker when detecting a dead body. Also affected by the difficulty level
  • Fixed RPG-7 raise weapon animation when the player is near wall, to lower the weapon instead raising it through the shoulder
  • Sidearms now gain Marksman skill damage bonus also when quick shooting without manually aiming down sights
  • It's now possible to pick items that have dropped on stair railings and low walls etc.
  • Molotov flames are now extinguished when the burning player enters shallow water (not swimmable)
  • Fixed a bug that made interacting with a Bomb possible challenging if the Bomb is surrounded by weapon pickups
  • Added aim offset animations for crouching (the weapon points correctly up or down towards where the player is aiming)
  • Fixes to Razor's Stealth Field ability to make sure that the character's material is setting back to the original after the ability wears off (multiplayer only)
  • When the player is using a sidearm or RPG-7, the player character now automatically aim down sights if the crosshair is overlapping an enemy
  • Laser sight beam is now hidden in relaxed mode with sidearms and RPG-7
  • Decreased damage needed to trigger Explosive Barrels

Adjusted weapon stats:
  • Increased all single shot pistols damages, and Desert Eagle's fire rate
  • AA-12 is now a heavy weapon and has slow reload and other heavy weapon negative effects

Blacklist Brigade - Version 0.6.6 - Night Missions Update!

This update adds an option to play all missions as night versions. They are decorated with a bunch of night only lights to give them more polished look, and i think they look pretty nice. Let me know if you experience any issues with the night versions of the maps.

The game is on a week long sale this week, so if you are interested and don't own it yet, now would be a good chance to get it with a nice discount!

New features:
  • Added a time of day selector with day, night and random (day is default)

Fixes and improvements:
  • Fixed a nasty bug that caused an enemy turret to miss all shots after the player succeeded to dodge a single bullet with the dodge skill (previous version added this bug)
  • Made improvements to the door kicking so it would be more reliable
  • Fixed a bug that caused rescued prisoners to run backwards on some occasions
  • Fixed a bug that caused a civilian escorted by the player to sometimes fear dead enemies
  • Fixed an issue that caused floor and/or roof textures to be sometimes blurry
  • Fixed an issue that prevented interaction with specific double doors if the player was too close to the doors

Blacklist Brigade - Version 0.6.5 - New Mission Update!

A new version that contains a new mission is now live! It took a little bit longer to get this one ready, but here it is finally. The new mission is a pretty decent sized prison map. This update brings the total amount of missions to four, so if you have only played one or two missions, now would be a good time for a new playthrough!

Fixes and improvements:
  • Added an option to change fullscreen mode between fullscreen, windowed fullscreen, and windowed. Default setting is windowed fullscreen
  • Graphic settings are now saved to GameUserSettings.ini-file instead of settings.sav-file -> easier to change resolution etc. if having issues
  • Added a blue arrow to be shown when the mouse cursor overlaps Team GoTo enabled doors and stairs. The key info text is moved to the bottom of the screen
  • Improvements to the the logic how Ai teammates choose their shooting positions and where they can shoot -> more shooting and less running
  • Fixed Ai teammates and enemies to crouch if in cover position when reloading a weapon
  • Ai teammates should now also crouch if they can shoot their current target while crouching and if the crouching gives some protection against other detected enemies
  • Ai teammates have now 10 meters range limit in their first aid kit delivery service
  • Heal interaction is now possible to start only when the target is not moving
  • Improvements to the flashlight -> should be more performance friendly now
  • Increased grenade throw angle when the player is looking toward stairs -> easier to throw a grenade upstairs
  • Fixed a bug that caused the open/close door interaction to be shown sometimes even the player moves away from the door
  • Fixed bullet tracers coming from a hidden floor to always pop visible when entering a floor that is visible to the player
  • Fixed bullet impact effects to be always shown to the player if hit locations are in a floor that visible to the player
  • Fixed a bug that caused the player character to keep switching crouch on/off when moving stairs up while crouching and aiming down sights (falsely detected stairs as cover locations)
  • Fixed a bug that caused enemies sometimes walk through closed doors (when playing as a multiplayer client)

Adjusted weapon stats:
  • UMP45 damage 32 -> 35

Blacklist Brigade - Version 0.6.1 - Achievements Update

This update brings achievements to the game. A total of 25 achievements are waiting for you to unlock. It also contains a decent amount of other fixes and improvements.

0.6.1 Patch Notes

New features:
  • Added 25 achievements
  • Added a map loading screen with tips, that is shown during transitions between the lobby map and the missions

Fixes and improvements:
  • Fixed some UI scaling issues with 16:10 aspect ratio resolutions
  • AI teammates now crouch if they are on the line of fire between a player and an enemy (only when the player is aiming down sights)
  • Some improvements to AI teammates behavior in revive situations to make them more likely to shoot enemies before starting to revive
  • Enemies now start to search the player if they see a dead body
  • If an enemy dies when throwing a grenade, it explodes at the enemy
  • The laser sight is now hidden on occasions where it would point to somewhere else than toward the cursor location
  • Fixed a bug that caused hacking a turret to continue even when the player tried to cancel it
  • Interacting with items now continues to the end even, if the player releases the interaction button within 0.2 seconds of time remaining
  • Some improvements to the targeting system to make it more reliable when shooting enemies at higher elevations
  • Increased molotovs lifetime to prevent them exploding in the air if thrown far
  • Possible fixed a rare bug that sometimes caused a door or a stairs to stay invisible even the building floor should be visible
  • Fixed a bug that caused dead bodies outside of a building to be visible sometimes when the player was in the building's basement level
