Patch v0.4j 10/4/2019

A lot of new fancy visual effects have been added to the game. Most bullets now have some visual effect and explosion on hit. New background elements are layered on top of the old ones to add more depth and randomness to the stage. Enemy spawns have been reduced but bigger enemies now have more health. GENERAL:

- ZONE 2 is released
- 4 new bosses
- 5 new weapons
- 1 new environment
- Lots of new enemies!

- Multiplayer stability fixes

- Lower most sound effects so background music and effects when being hit are more audible

- Lower transparency of teammate bullets so to improve visibility in multiplayer games

WEAPONS:

- New Primary Weapon: Shattering Shot
- New Secondary Weapon: Seeking Crystals
- New Bomb: Shattering Crystal
- New Drone Weapon: : Crystal Gunner
- New Decoy Weapon: : Decoy Crescent Shot

- Explosion damage increased from 25000 to 30000

GENERAL:

- Added a lot of performance improvements

- Added a lot of new particle affects to tank performance improvements
- Missiles now have a thruster vfx
- Bombs have a warning pulse
- Excalibur Unsheathed leaves a trail.

- Health and Energy pickups float across the screen slightly faster

- Reduced movement when tapping on direction buttons to make dodging easier

ENEMIES:

- Buff most enemy health and damage by around 20%

- Move twin laser enemies slightly more forward to make going around them easier

- Added a new enemy to zone 1 to spice things up

- Enemy pulse bombs are now less transparent and easier to see

- Colossus Bomber now fires more rockets when returning from a crash attack

WEAPONS:

- New Primary Weapon Mod: Sniper Shot

- EMP Blast
- Energy Cost increased from 12000 to 20000
- Cooldown increased from 8 to 9

- Jump Engine
- Energy Cost increased from 15000 to 20000
- Cooldown increased from 5 to 7

- Phase Engine
- Energy Cost increased from 15000 to 20000
- Cooldown increased from 5 to 7

- Engine Overdrive
- Cooldown reduced from 8 to 6

- Recharging Engine
- Energy Cost increased from 15000 to 20000

- Energy Sapping Ammo
- Energy gained reduced from 500 to 250

- Shield Sapping Ammo
- Shield gained reduced from 100 to 80

- TriplePlasmaGun
- Damage increased from 1800 to 2000

- Damage increased from 1500 to 2000
- Bullets spawns closer together for easier shotgunning

- Homing Missile
- Fire Rate decreased from .6 to .3 seconds

- Excalibur Unsheathed

- Damage increased from 7500 to 15000
