Two Weeks In!

When we launched Weed Shop 3 in Early Access just two weeks ago, we had no idea what a sh**tshow day 1 would turn out to be. But thanks to your support and continuous bug reporting we've managed to get most of the critical bugs worked out, improve the performance (if even by a tiny margin), and get to the point where we can start implementing new features and content.

So once again, thank you guys for taking a leap of faith and supporting our first EA release!

  • Customer AI tweaks

Under-The-HOOD Friday

TODAY'S UPDATE CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING FIXES AND IMPROVEMENTS:

  • Fixed the shop renaming from the Pimp It app
  • Added navigation obstacles to the new deco items to prevent customers from getting stuck
  • Overhauled the HUD in order to improve performance on lower-end PCs
  • Fixed the failed delivery bug
  • Balanced out the merch prices & increased the weed sales prices early in the game
  • Improved the street dealing logic
  • And last but not least, added a dumpster to the level 2 shop at the request of @Sheetso ;)


In the upcoming days, we'll be adding an app to sell your useless junk, new missions, and some top-secret stuff for 4.20 ;)

Half-Update Part 2!

IT TOOK A LITTLE LONGER TO GET IT DONE BUT TODAY'S UPDATE IS FINALLY READY!
HERE'S WHAT'S NEW:

  • Added the missing popularity values to shop upgrades
  • Tweaked the tourist decision making logic
  • Added new decorations to the Dope Shop app
  • Added a basic shop value UI to the Pimp It app
  • Enabled the PC on the level 4 counter
  • Fixed some setup placement issues
  • Fixed infinite jars
  • Disabled the Add To Inventory option for pots and setups that were growing weed
  • Added a respawner for those of you falling through the ground ;)
  • Fixed the dumpster LOD
  • Fixed mission rewards

Finally Some Content!

Todays' update or half-update as we call it, introduces the long-awaited shop size upgrades!

You'll be able to increase your grow room & storefront capacity and get rid of some of the trash. The values that affect the customer decision logic haven't been implemented yet though, but hey it's Early Access for a reason and we'll get those done within the next 24 hours.
So if you're tired of building staircases out of pots already, check the "Pimp It" app out!
