Cosmos Update 2.2.4 - Shattered Domain

Shattered Domain

Welcome Back Co-Pilot, we have Intel on a possible Shattered Rift about 5 light years out, Said to be opened by The Prism. We are asking this only because we have to, Can you close it? The energy readings show this rift is nothing like what we have seen before... I suggest you bring your best equipment I expect a few casualties.
New To Cosmos

- New Shattered Domain Rift in which each Cosmic Echo is influenced by The Prism's grasp, causing every 3rd attack to pulse with energy releasing a devastating attack
- New main menu visuals to match the new update! (along with some visual updates to help clarify the menus)
- The intergalactic merchant is back with new merchandise, Interact with his store items to buy them, He also now sells Health restores for Shadow Diamonds.
- Changed Artifact (Nano-Bots) to (Jar of Nano-Bots)
- Updated the Collection menu to include the count of items collected in each category

Bugs Fixed

- Fixed wording errors with Co-Pilot descriptions
- Removed Cosmic Echo name prefix/Suffixs like "Fast Asterix of the Dragon" Ultimately these are not explained in any capacity and just are named to show the increased stats from the rift multiplier
- Fixed a bug where the timer for Blinking or Using Hex missiles would constaly keep refreshing even while at maximum charges
- Fixed Audio issues with the Black hole Generator Artifact that wasnt using the saved sound settings
- Fixed Audio issues with multiple boss projectiles not using attenuation, These sounds show now fade at distance
- Fixed issues with the back button on the missions screen in the main menu
- Fixed an audio error with the resolution selection screen using the incorrect SFX and volumes

This game is still undergoing changes and each change will fix multiple issues found by the players and Myself, I hope your enjoying Cosmos as much as I am making it. Good luck out there Co-Pilot!

Cosmos Update 2.2.3 - Celestial Divide

Celestial Divide

Cosmic Echos haven been harnessing power from the event horizon of black holes causing their attacks to evolve.. But harnessing this power has its risks.. The new Cosmic Echos radiate energy allowing us to predict their attacks and prevent disaster.
The Cosmic Echo now select their next attack after 1-2 seconds of delay after finishing their last attack rather than choosing an attack to trigger after 3 seconds. This prevents issues in which the Cosmic Echo could select a new attack while the other attack is finishing causing some unfair and unpredictable movement, Now the Cosmic Echo will only attack after their previous attack has finished

New To Cosmos

- Cosmic Echos have custom "Charging" animations using particle effects to indicate when they are about to fly at you.
- Starship hanger icons have been updated to better reflect the state they are equipped. Starship prices have also been added to this menu
- Added extra developer commands into the Dev code menu and updated the visuals of the developer code menu.
- Added a new icon for when augments are not able to be added/edited
- Upon killing a cosmic echo spawn Health Artifacts on Easy, Normal, Hard and Insane rifts

Bugs Fixed

- Fixed Audio errors in multiple UI menus
- fixed an issue with the Starship hanger wing button allowing you to select any wing without unlocking it
- Fixed a visual issue with the intergalactic merchant was showing -0 HP when the coupon is chosen while the merchant is active

Cosmos Update 2.2.3 - The Ancients

Ancient Rifts

Ancient rifts are making their way into Cosmic Rifts, Activating these Ancient rifts (After a Cosmic Rift is completed) will allow you to fight Ancient versions of the Cosmic Echos you fought before. Ancient Cosmic Echos drop considerably more loot, at the cost of being very hard to kill!

New To Cosmos

- Updated Portal particle effects for Normal, Ancient and Golden Portals in their Idle, Opening and Closing states
- Updated particle effects for Cosmic echos death animation and final death explosion
- Updated particle effects for the Gauss Railgun
- Updated UI animations for opening and closing any Rift
- Updated Main Menu Satellite Animation with alternating panning camera shots

Bugs Fixed

- Fixed some inconsistency with Artifact descriptions
- Cosmic Echo contact damage now scales with rift difficulty
- Artifact "Remote Backup" now correctly triggers when chosen
- Explosion PFX triggering from the Cosmic Echo Commander Bao now triggers at the boss location instead of the spawn point
- Fixed serious FPS drops with the Artifact "Nano Bots" and "Space Shotgun"
- Fixed FPS issues with the Developer mode using memory while disabled
- Fixed FPS issues with the Golden Cosmic Rift Border PFX spawning and Infinite amount of particles if you wait long enough
- Equipping the BFMG now correctly shows the equipped weapon image

Cosmos Update 2.2.2 - Forged In The Stars

New To Cosmos

- Added 5 New Passive Artifacts
- Added 3 New Weapon Artifacts
- Added 4 New Active Artifacts
- Added 6 New Boons
- Added 2 New Curses
- Reworked all Cosmic Echos abilities, attacks and spawn animations
- All weapons have new Sound Effects and Particle Effects
- All Cosmic Echos have new Sound Effects and Particle Effects
- Reworked the audio system to use 3D audio on all relevant game play sound effects
- Audio in the menu is now in a range of 0-100 instead of 0-10
- Artifacts introduced in the Artifact Cashe #2 and Artifact Cashe #3 have been reworked to better reflect the faster paced game style.
- Cosmic echos will now damage the player on contact.
- Ether has been removed and replaced by "Cooldowns", Hex Missiles and Blink now have individual cooldowns and all items/artifacts/augments that used to effect Ether now effects their cooldown in many different ways

Added in Previous Hotfixes

- New Main Menu scene with dynamic lighting
- Updated Compendium for the new game play mechanics
- You can now access the Collection log inside the pause menu

Augment Changes

- Soul Harvester now gives Attack, Ability OR Summon damage per soul instead of all 3 per soul
- Supercharger: Using an active artifact restore all Hex Missile charges
- Starlight: +1 Blink Charge
- Faster Chambering: +100% Increased Attack Speed
- Infinite Storage Space: (Now grants + 1 Blink Charge and + 1 Hex Missile Charge)
- Hex Core Overclocker: + 1 Hex Missile Charge

Bugs Fixed

- Celestial Skull burst missile sound effect reduced by 600%
- Fixed wording with multiple Artifacts
- Golden Echos how show their HP bar when spawned
- Void Realm and Cursed Galaxy Rift now show their correct rift modifiers when hovered
- Getting more than the maximum amount of boons now drops and artifact instead of crashing the client

Cosmos Update 2.2.1 - Cursed Galaxy

The local star system has fallen to a deadly curse, cosmic echos are spreading curses faster than we can cleanse them... You need to find the Cursed Rift Singularity and finish the job

NEW TO COSMOS

- Added new rift difficulty in which Cosmic echos are infused with curses that transfer to you when you kill them!
- Added 8 new Artifacts in the Artifact Cashe #4
- Added 15 new Curses and 7 new Boons, These are optionally given by interacting with a shrine. Shrines spawn around the rift once it is opened and also when the Intergalactic Merchant arrives.
- Added Co-pilot level to the selection screen to show what level you have while switching between co-pilots
- Added the ability to rotate the starship when viewing in the starship hanger
- Added new quests for players who have not completed the tutorial or void realm rifts
- Collection menu has been redesigned to match the new artifacts, Boons and Curses.
- Empty Augment slots have unnecessary information removed to save screen space
- Added a compendium that will be updated with every new update, It helps new players understand mechanics, explains lore and reasoning with some unique elements for how to optimise cosmic echo killing!
BUG FIXES

- Fixed an issue with The Singularity attacking while in their idle healing state
- Fixed an Issue with the Third Times the Charm augment not showing the UI visualiser when equipped
- Fixed Issues with the Images for rifts not showing up when hovering over rifts
- Fixed multiple collision issues with boss hit collisions, player extended collisions and boss projectiles that was causing unfair disadvantages
HOTFIXES

- FIXED PROGRESSION ISSUE WITH COMPLETING ACTIVATING THE CLOSE RIFT PORTAL
- FIXED AN ISSUE THAT PREVENTED THE PLAYER FROM ACTIVATING THE GOLDEN RIFT USING THE INTERACTION KEY
