Shadowforge 1.3.3

-------------------------------
When drawing over 30 000 sprites on the screen (and not changing depth, which makes it so that this procedure is not really needed) the image you are drawing backs up instantaneously now. There won't be anything missing anymore. But the image will sort of move a few pixels back and forth. I don't know why it does it. Will research more into it later.

I am not using a custom made engine, I am actually using an engine made for games.

Update on the issue: It appears I have placed the saved image wrong in the room. I have placed it where it should be. I also took the time to fix the draw/erase mode text when picking a color.

Shadowforge 1.3.2

-------------------------------
1. Made it possible to open up a new gif file without having to delete the previous one.
2. Fixed alignment on converting a gif to a sprite sheet.
3. The sprite sheet has a limit of 18 sprites. I would try to avoid converting images with a big canvas, you can use the animated gif uploader for that.
4. Added a HTTP fetch code for Shadowforge Steam News.

Shadowforge 1.3.1

  • Cut the gif into a spritesheet. This is optional for pro users. Pro users can record animated sprites pretty fast with the shaders applied.
  • Made the spritesheet undoable/redoable.
  • Fixed a bug that made the client crash if the user closed the explorer instead of picking an image.

Shadowforge 1.3

Shadowforge 1.3 introduces a major update to animations and vector drawing.

  • Import an animated gif and control it's frames with the arrow keys.
  • Apply a shader to an imported gif or to a vector.
  • Made gameboy shader apply transparency to transparent backgrounds.
  • Added black and white frames icon for loading the gif animation and making the gif animation get applied with shaders. This puts it above your brush drawing.
  • Added purple frames icon for loading a gif animation and drawing on the sprite sheet.
  • If you cancel an open file operation with gif animations, then you must press CTRL + Delete to use them again.
  • Bugfix: Fixed applying shaders on opening a normal image file.
  • Bugfix: Fixed the frame number text when applying the gameboy shader.

Gif import released

With Shadowforge you can now import gifs to the canvas. If they're very big, you'll have to wait a while.

Don't forget about the buttons Q, W, K, L. Test them out, they could be a good symbiote with this new gif import.

CTRL + Delete to delete the animated gif you imported.
