1.3.6: New Bunker Models, Glass & Performance Fixes

Hey guys! Can finally push some newer versions of the game to the main branch.

Some small tweaks here.

[h2]Characters[/h2]
-Added a unique model for the large size of the Bear Guy character (P3).
-Large size's animation now runs at an appropriate speed for the distance it's moving.
-Large size has it's own walk animation, which makes him feel heavier and reflects his speed better.
-Large size has footstep sounds when walking.
-Players use a new cloth material that has more detail.


[h2]Controls[/h2]
-Charged swing triggers faster, and it's force is more powerful.
-Slightly tweaked the small size's jump to make it less floaty but still controllable in-air.

[h2]Levels:[/h2] [h3]Cliff[/h3]
-New texture for rock models.
-New, cleaner models for all parts of the bunker.
-New model for goal posts.
-Tweaked textures to be softer.
-Fixed a few spots the ball could clip out of the roof.

-Tuned colour of water to be darker and more like an ocean.
-Changed ramps to a better collider system, making the ball roll smoother.
-Ramps use a new model.
-Made ramps clear.
-Fixed a spot where players could clip out of arena.

-Cleaned up the red and blue bunkers' meshes (improves performance).
-Cleaned up unused or deprecated objects in the scene.
-Added statues on Red and Blue sides.
-Tweaked the glass to be barely visible, but become lit up and visible when the ball gets close.


[h3]Stadium:[/h3]
-Removed the clapping sound effect from people in the crowd, made it one single sound.
//Improves performance.


[h3]Volcano[/h3]
-Began working on a volcano level. Currently still in whitebox phase.

[h3]Open Platformer Test[/h3]
Began working on an open area platformer-style level. Early work in progress. But have fun trying it!

[h2]UI:[/h2]

-Updated credits.
-Cleaned up the scoreboard underneath the Red and Blue scores.

[h2]Input:[/h2]
-Added a fix for Playstation Dualshock 3 controllers.

[h2]Performance[/h2]
-Loads of small under the hood improvements.
-Cleaned up various objects and put in simpler systems.

[BETA] Fixes for Switch, SteelSeries and Steam Controllers

-Pushed a fix that should help Switch, Steelseries and Steam Controllers be recognized in-game.

-Contains a few more improvements.

I'll write patchnotes for those later.

[Main Branch] 1.3.5 Stadium Wall Cheese Fix

Hey guys,

Small fix for Stadium.

Stadium


[h2]Camera[/h2]

-Fixed the camera moving to the wrong position when scoring a goal.

[h2]Wall Cheese[/h2]

-Wall Cheese has been fixed.
//The walls block the goals for a few seconds after scoring to prevent people 'cheesing' easy goals off the spawn.

[h2]Navmesh[/h2]

-Fixed spots where the AI's navmesh (the area they can move around in) was smaller than it was supposed to be.

-Fixed spots that may have given AI trouble jumping up and down from the top cliff areas.

[h2]Bumpers[/h2]


-Bumpers use a newer HDRP material and are coloured red or blue depending on the side they are on.
//Makes the yellow bouncy part stick out better.

-Gave the floor ramps a clear finish.
//Makes it easier to tell where it begins and ends.
//Texture is still a WIP.

[Main Branch] 1.3.4 Stadium Lighting Fix

Hey guys, smol update here.

-Lighting has been fixed.

Geometry


-Bumpers now use the newer wood material, and are coloured differently so the bouncy part pops.


Known Issues


-The Wall Cheese is still spawning in a weird spot.

-This has been fixed and is coming in an update tomorrow-ish.
