▶ BROKEN SAVIOR – [HARD] MODE
- [Hard] Mode of Broken Savior in which you can see Tenebris immersed in powerful Desire Energy will be added.



[How To Enter]
- Can enter through NPC [Arin] in Grace City.
- Solo Play and 2 ~ 4 Players Party Play are available.
- Not possible to enter with Force status.

[Number of Valid Entries]



- Broken Savior doesn't have any Entry Limit. (e.g. If a player has enough FP, No limit to enter the raid.)
- However, Broken Savior has a "Valid Entry" limit.
- Valid Entry: The actual number that a player can obtain Drop Items if a player clears the raid.
> Fail to clear the Raid within Valid Entry Limit → No Reward and Lose 1 chance of Valid Entry Limit
> Leaving in the middle of the Raid → No Reward and Lose 1 chance of Valid Entry Limit
- Valid Entry Limit will be Reset Weekly. (Account Base)
- When a player enters the raid → the Valid Entry Limit will be immediately deducted.
> 2 ~ 4 Players Party Play: Drop Item Rewards are only available for players with Valid Entries remaining.
> (e.g.) 3 players - A, B, C players
A - Valid Entry: 3 (Can obtain rewards) / B - Valid Entry: 0 (No rewards) / C - Valid Entry: 1 (Can obtain rewards)
- Valid Entry Limit will be "Reset Mondays at 01:00 (GMT)".

- Required "Accuracy": 2,500 or More
- Respawn Limit:
> Free Respawn - [3] +2 (PLUS)
> Respawn (with Items) - [3]
> Cash Respawn - [Unlimited]
- Tenebris (Hard Mode) transforms to a different look when 30% of HP is left.
- Not possible to use ACTIVE Akashic Record
- 'Achievement' and 'Title' will be added.
- 2 Repeat Quests for Broken Savior Hard will be added.
> Repeat Quest: Can purchase at [Worker Support Device: Merchants' Union] in Grace City
- 2 New Crafting Materials: 'Shard of Corrupted Justice' and 'Fragment of Power'

▶ EPILOGUE QUEST OF SoulWorker SEASON 1
- Clear Broken Savior Raid related Quests → New Quest will be added.
> 'New Quest' contains SoulWorker Season 1 Epilogue.
> Clear 'Intermission: Wind from the East' Quest → Speak to NPC [Haifu] in Grace City → Can receive 'Behind The End I' Quest.
> Behind The End I: This is Broken Savior - Hard Mode related scenario quest.

▶ BROKEN SAVIOR HERO WEAPON & FAMILIAR

- Broken Savior Hero Weapons will be added after the update of Broken Savior - Hard.
- How to obtain Picaresque Hero Weapon:
> Can obtain through Broken Savior Hard Mode (Drop Item)
> Hero Weapon can also be Crafted.
- Broken Savior Hard Mode (Drop Item)
> Players will obtain [Picaresque Hero Weapon Box] in the raid.
> [Picaresque Hero Weapon Box]: A weapon, according to the Current Character, can be obtained.
> [Picaresque Hero Weapon Box]: Not possible to store in the Bank / Can't be sold / Can't be deleted



- Set Bonus: When a player has equipped Picaresque Hero Weapon + Picaresque Gear.
> Set Bonus is the same as before.



- NPC [Janice] / [Maxime] in Grace City: Can craft Picaresque Hero Weapon / Weapon Familiar / Gear Familiar



- Dismantle of Picaresque Hero Weapon: Can obtain 'Ether' (400 ~ 900) and 'Shard of Corrupted Justice' (10 ~ 20)
- Succession of Picaresque Hero Weapon: Can use Succession system for Upgrade Stat and Random Options.



- New Weapon Familiar / Gear Familiar will be added.
> New Familiar: Not possible to trade
- How to obtain New Weapon Familiar / Gear Familiar:
> Can obtain through Broken Savior Hard Mode (Drop Item)
> New Familiar can also be Crafted.
- Dismantle of New Weapon Familiar / Gear Familiar: Can obtain 'Fragment of Power' (5 ~ 7)



▶ VIOLENT SUN - NEW ACCESSORY COSTUME

- New Accessory Costume can be obtained when Phase 3 of Violent Sun is cleared.
> Costumes are NOT dropped by 100% chance.
> For Female Characters: Flaming Vessi Horn / Flaming Vessi Veil
> For Male Characters: Desire Soaked Vessi Head Gear

▶ BUG FIX

- [Pale Ashes Havoc Head Extend I +6 PKG] issue has been fixed. (Issue: Only [Haru] character could be opened and used.)

- Jin's Costume and Hair Accessory Issue has been fixed. (Issue: Hair Accessories look unnatural and weird when wearing some costume tops.)

- Character Graphic Issue has been fixed. (Issue: Attempt to use a skill after a character is hit by a knockback skill → Graphic issue occurs)

- Iris' Skill Effect Issue has been fixed. (Issue: [Iris] → Equip ★5 (Active) Akashic Record [Big Puppet] → Gain Gold Bead Buff (Unleashed Skills - Cooldown Delete) → Use Volcano (SoulPlus of 'Earthquake' Skill) → Skill effect does not disappear)

- Haru's Nightmare gesture issue has been fixed. (Issue: [Haru] → Equip 'Enemy Festa' Costume → Perform Nightmare gesture → Haru's waist graphic looks abnormal.)

We have found about abnormal Zenny acquisition on certain user accounts.

Account of using abnormally acquired Zenny has been temporarily restricted to use the game according to the operation policy, and this will be released as soon as the investigation and appropriate measure would be done.

- Who used Zenny acquired by abnormal issue at ingame
※ Accounts that allow normal collection of abnormally acquired Zenny are not restricted.
※ Related policy
- Article 7 Restriction Policy on Game Service Use
(1) If the player violates the terms of service and operation policy, player may be restricted from using the service according to the criteria below.
* Bug Abuse
- 1st : Access Restriction for 30days
- 2nd : Permanent access ban

[Restricted period]
- 1day (Until collecting the abnormally acquired Zenny you have)

[Scheduled Processing Plan]
- Collecting abnormally acquired Zenny within accounts with restricted use for investigation and action
- Takes retrieve action every Friday morning until all the abnormally acquired Zenny is retrieved
※ Temporary restriction will be done in case of re-retrieve
※ Prior notice by in-game mail (H.E.M.S) at least 2 hours before the scheduled time for the retrieve operation
- Ingame mail (H.E.M.S) notice will be sent once the retrieve work would be completed.

The above issue has been occurred due to the same cause of Zenny loss issue, and using an abnormally obtained Zenny constitutes exploitation of a bug.

However, considering the cause of the bug and the severity of the abuse, please note that one-day usage limit for investigation and action has been decided.
