The Crystal Challenge consists of two Chapters. The speedy medium is the grand prize for Uncut Gem (Chapter I), and you’ll have 10 days to complete 10 consecutive Stages. To move from Stage to Stage, you’ll need to complete either missions for commitment or for mastery in Random Battles: the former are available to Tier VI–X vehicles, while the latter are a bit more complex and are available to Tier IX and X vehicles only.

You can track your progress via a special banner in the Garage without opening a separate Challenge tab.

Radiant Crystal (Chapter II) also runs for 10 days (from 21 through 31 May) and is made up of 10 Stages, but the main reward is different. You can get your hands on the stunning Brunnenpanzer 3D style by completing 8 of 10 stages and additional valuable goodies such as Personal Reserves, days of WoT Premium Account, and Crew Books.

You can view the mission conditions and track your progress while completing tasks in a separate tab in the event's interface.
How to Get the Kpz 07 RH and Other Loot Immediately
If you’re keen to try out the speedy Kampfpanzer 07 RH and Brunnenpanzer 3D style immediately, head straight for the In-game Shop and purchase the whole bundle featuring the unique 2D style, the rewards for all Uncut Gem (Chapter I) missions, and the vehicle itself. It will also give you instant access to the Chapter II missions with additional rewards.

Completing Uncut Gem (Chapter I) Stages beforehand will give you discounts on the final price of the bundle — 10% off for each Stage completed. For example, completing 7 out of 10 Stages will knock 70% off the price. Purchasing the bundle gives you the full collection of rewards and automatically checks all event missions as completed, so you won’t be able to access them once you have the bundle.

Guide: Consumables and Personal Reserves

Greetings, Commanders!
Personal Reserves
Personal Reserves are entities that, upon activation, allow you to receive additional bonuses after each battle.
Regardless of your experience in World of Tanks, Personal Reserves can make the game even more enjoyable. By activating a Personal Reserve, you will receive a temporary bonus to earned experience or credits. If the duration of the Reserve expires during the battle, you will receive an additional bonus afterwards. Personal Reserves can be activated in Random Battles, Ranked Battles, tournaments, and Frontline mode.
In World of Tanks, there are four kinds of Personal Reserve, each granting an additional bonus to the following in-game resources:
Combat XP
Duration: 1, 2, or 4 hours.
Bonus Value: +25%, +50%, +100%, or +200% to XP earned in battle.

Free XP
Duration: 1 or 2 hours.
Bonus Value: +200% or +300% to Free XP earned in battle.

Crew XP
Duration: 1 or 2 hours.
Bonus Value: +100%, +200%, or +300% to Crew XP earned in battle.

Credits
Duration: 1 or 2 hours.
Bonus Value: +25% or +50% to credits earned in battle.

Each kind of Personal Reserve differs by its bonus value and duration.
Conditions of Use
Personal Reserves are convenient to use and have a number of advantages:
• A Reserve can be activated at any moment.
• Received Reserves are not removed.
• The effect of an activated Reserve is cumulative with other bonuses and available actions.
However, certain restrictions are applied to Personal Reserves:
• You can activate up to three different Reserve types at the same time.
• Upon activation, the duration of a Reserve is limited.
• Once activated, you cannot cancel a Reserve.
Receiving Personal Reserves
You can receive Personal Reserves as a reward for completing missions, in Ranked Battles mode, or by participating in certain in-game events. You can also purchase them in the Premium Shop or in-game Store.
To purchase Personal Reserves in the in-game Store:
1. Go to the STORE tab under the Battle! button in your Garage.
2. In the Service section, go to the Personal Reserves tab.
3. Choose a Reserve and click Purchase. The required sum of gold will be deducted from your game account.

You can find your Personal Reserves in the Depot in the Personal Reserves section. This section also shows the activated Reserves and an option to purchase them. Use filters by duration and bonus type to search for the Personal Reserves you need.
Activating Personal Reserves
To activate a Reserve:
1. Go to the corresponding window from the Account menu. The number displayed under your name shows the Reserves available for activation.
2. On the Personal Reserves panel, click to view the available Personal Reserves.
3. Select a Reserve and click Activate.
4. In the confirmation window, click Confirm.
Consumables
Use consumables to repair modules, increase vehicle performance, heal crew members, and extinguish fires during battle.
The Repair Kit, First Aid Kit, and Fire Extinguisher are reusable during a battle. Once activated, the consumable has a 90-second cooldown. A timer under the consumable icon informs you how long the cooldown will last. The consumable is removed after the battle if it was used at least once. To resupply it, you only need to pay once, regardless of the number of times it was activated during the battle.
Consumables fall into two types—standard and improved. Depending on the Tier, vehicles can have up to three slots for consumables. You cannot equip your vehicle with identical consumables of one type, but you may use a standard consumable with its improved version in one vehicle.
By default, consumables are activated by keys 4–6. unless the hotkeys have been remapped.
Standard Consumables
Standard consumables purchased for credits.

Small Repair Kit. Repairs a damaged module or two damaged tracks or wheeled suspension. Can be used multiple times in a battle.

Small First Aid Kit. Treats an injured crew member and removes the stun effect from all the crew. The healed crew members can still be re-injured or stunned during the battle.

Manual Fire Extinguisher. Extinguishes fire in your vehicle. Once activated, no matter how soon after the fire started, the vehicle continues receiving fire damage for a short while.

100-octane Gasoline. Adds 5% to engine power and turret traverse speed for the course of the battle. Automatically activated at the beginning of the battle and effective for the whole battle. This consumable is suitable only for German, American, British, French, Czechoslovakian, Swedish, Italian, and Polish vehicles with gasoline engines.

Quality Oil. Adds 5% to engine power. Automatically activated at the beginning of the battle and effective for the course of the battle. Effect stacks with the Removed Speed Governor bonus. This consumable is suitable only for Chinese vehicles.

Lend-Lease Oil. Adds 5% to engine power. Automatically activated at the beginning of the battle and effective for the course of the battle. Effect stacks with the Removed Speed Governor bonus. This consumable is suitable only for Soviet vehicles.

Removed Speed Governor. Increases engine power by 10%. While enabled, gradually drains engine hit points. Can be enabled or disabled in battle multiple times. This consumable is purchased once and does not disappear after the battle. The effect stacks with Quality Oil and Lend-Lease Oil bonus. This consumable is suitable only for Chinese and Soviet vehicles.
Improved Consumables
More expensive than standard consumables but still purchased for credits.

Large Repair Kit. Repairs all damaged modules upon activation. Passively adds 10% to module repair speed. Repaired modules can still be damaged again after the repair.

Large First Aid Kit. Treats all injured crew members and removes the stun effect instantly upon activation. The passive effect reduces stun duration by 5% and provides 15% to crew resistance to injuries. The healed crew members can still be re-injured or stunned during the battle.

Automatic Fire Extinguisher. Activates automatically after the vehicle catches fire and passively reduces the chance of engine fire by 10%. After the activation the vehicle continues receiving fire damage for a short while.

105-octane Gasoline. Adds 10% to engine power and turret traverse speed for the course of the battle. Automatically activated at the beginning of the battle and is effective for the course of the battle. This consumable is suitable only for German, American, British, French, Czechoslovakian, Swedish, Italian, and Polish vehicles with gasoline engines.

Guide: Equipment

Equipment is a category of additional systems, parts, and components that can improve a vehicle's combat characteristics and minimize its weaknesses.
In World of Tanks, there are two types of equipment: standard and special. Special equipment is divided into improved and Bounty.
Standard equipment can be purchased for credits. To purchase improved equipment, you'll need bonds—a special currency that can only be earned in certain battle modes, missions, and in-game activities. Bounty Equipment is earned in certain events, such as Battle Pass.
Standard Equipment

Equipment Classes
Standard equipment is divided into three classes depending on the cost and vehicle tier on which it can be mounted. The higher the equipment class, the higher the cost. Availability of the equipment classes depends on your vehicle:
 • Class 3 equipment can be mounted on Tier II–IV vehicles and some Tier V or higher vehicles.
 • Class 2 equipment available for Tier V–VII vehicles and some Tier VIII or higher vehicles.
 • Class 1 equipment can be mounted on Tier VIII–X vehicles.
The exceptions are Camouflage Net and Spall Liner.
Camouflage Net is divided into Class 2 and Class 3. The Class 3 version can be mounted on Tier II–IV vehicles, and the Class 2 version on Tier V–X vehicles.
Spall Liner has no classes at all. Four different versions are available, each one suitable for certain vehicle type and tier:
 • Light Spall Liner can be mounted on Tier V–X light tanks and light tank destroyers or SPGs based on an LT chassis.
 • Medium Spall Liner can be mounted on Tier V–VII heavy tanks, as well as Tier V–X medium tanks and medium tank destroyers or SPGs based on an MT chassis.
 • Heavy Spall Liner can be mounted on Tier VIII–X heavy tanks and tank destroyers or SPGs weighing less than 75 tons.
 • Superheavy Spall Liner can be mounted on Tier VIII–X heavy tanks and tank destroyers or SPGs weighing 75 tons or more.
Equipment and Slots Categories
Standard equipment improves one of the vehicle’s characteristics and, as well as classes, has four categories:
 • Firepower
 • Survivability
 • Mobility
 • Scouting
Each item of standard equipment is assigned to one of the categories that it affects. The exceptions are Improved Rotation Mechanism (corresponds to two categories—Firepower and Mobility) and Improved Ventilation (corresponds to all four categories).
The equipment is mounted in the slots that become available starting from Tier II vehicles. The number of available slots depends on the vehicle’s tier.

Starting from Tier VI vehicles, the first slot is assigned a certain category that depends on your vehicle type:
 • Survivability for heavy tanks
 • Mobility for medium tanks
 • Scouting for light tanks
 • Firepower for tank destroyers and SPGs
If the equipment's category corresponds to the category of the slot in which it is mounted, then the equipment provides an increased bonus to your vehicle. The one exception to this is Vertical Stabilizer, which has no increased bonus. If the categories don't match or the slot doesn't have a category, the equipment item provides the standard effect.
Special Equipment
Special equipment is divided into improved and Bounty. Improved equipment provides a greater bonus to vehicle characteristics than standard equipment. The basic effect of Bounty Equipment is the same as that of the standard type, but you can upgrade it for credits. After the upgrade, it becomes as effective as the improved equipment. Improved and Bounty Equipment provide a static bonus no matter which slot they are in, but both grant a bonus superior to standard equipment, even if the standard equipment benefits from the category slot bonus.
Equipment Mounting
You can mount up to three pieces of equipment on your vehicle. Equipment can be purchased and mounted in the Garage:
 1. Select the vehicle on which you want to mount equipment and click any empty equipment slot in the vehicle panel. Mouse over an equipment item to learn more about its characteristics.
 2. Select the equipment and click Apply. The equipment is purchased, automatically mounted on your vehicle, and displayed in one of the equipment slots.

You cannot mount multiple pieces of equipment with the same effect, regardless of the equipment type.
Upgrading Bounty Equipment
You can upgrade Bounty Equipment in the Garage:
 1. Click any equipment slot in the vehicle panel.
 2. Choose the Special tab, select the necessary Bounty Equipment and click (Upgrade).
 3. On the screen displayed, click Upgrade to confirm the action. The required sum of credits will be withdrawn from your account.
If you upgrade an unmounted equipment item in this way, it will not be mounted on the vehicle automatically. Do not forget to mount it yourself before battle!
You can also upgrade the Bounty Equipment stored in the Depot, in the Stock section. To do this, right click the Bounty Equipment item and select Upgrade in the menu displayed.
Demounting Equipment
All equipment types can be demounted. Standard equipment and Bounty Equipment can be demounted for gold or by using a Demounting Kit, and improved equipment can be demounted for bonds. You can also destroy your equipment. In this case it will be removed from the vehicle and deleted.
To demount one equipment item, you can use a Demounting Kit, which is spent upon activation. Demounting Kits can be obtained from rewards received for completing Daily Missions and some Battle Pass Stages.
The received or purchased Demounting Kits are permanently stored in the Depot. You can view the number of available Demounting Kits via the Consumables tab in the Stock section.

Please note that Demounting Kits cannot be sold.
To demount your equipment with a Demounting Kit:
1. In your Garage, select the vehicle from which you want to demount the equipment and click the necessary equipment slot.
 2. Click (Demount).
 3. In the confirmation window choose Demounting Kit and click Demount. One Demounting Kit will be spent, and the demounted equipment will be sent to the Depot. You can mount the demounted equipment on another vehicle.
Use your equipment wisely!
