Experience Improvements: Added Temporary Worker System

  • This update mainly introduces a temporary worker system for construction cleanup processes and monster facility gathering tasks, enhancing player control over gathering and cleaning workflows.

  • There are also several other improvements:

  • Optimization: Increased the priority of builders’ self-preservation behavior to prevent them from freezing or starving due to being too busy
  • Bug Fix: An issue where the “Ascension to the Throne” achievement was triggered incorrectly
  • New Feature: Added an unlocking progression for Religious Faith Power skills
  • Optimization: Excluded flowers offered at cemeteries from ground item pickup statistics
  • Bug Fix: In some cases, manually increasing construction priority did not work when the number of simultaneous constructions was low
  • Bug Fix: Temporary workers were not assigned when dismantling ant nests
  • Optimization: The setting to prevent the camera from moving to newly arrived refugees in the refugee reception window is now saved in the save file
  • Balance Adjustment: Signboards no longer require a construction process and are completed instantly
  • Bug Fix: The setting “monsters frequently appear near monster lairs” did not take effect in non-hardcore mode
  • Bug Fix: Enemy cannons sometimes failed to fire shells
  • Optimization: The treasury can now directly draw resources from shelves, ignoring the shelves’ planned inventory
  • Optimization: After submitting items from the treasury for main quests, the planned inventory of those items is automatically reset to zero
  • Optimization: You can now set the quantity of consumer goods allowed to be stored in residents’ bags
  • Bug Fix: An occasional issue where some items on the ground could not be picked up

Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where shelves would still accept spoiled food even when no planned inventory for spoiled food was set.

Optimization: Improved French and German translations.

  1. Optimization: The Hand of the Void no longer consumes Faith Power when picking up items from the ground.
  2. Optimization: The rendering system now supports loading external images (allowing mods to use new images).
  3. Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where the “Lord Takes Office” achievement did not trigger.
  4. Optimization: Loot camps no longer fail to counterattack when under attack.
  5. Optimization: Corrupted food picked up underground can now be directly stored on shelves with planned demand.
  6. Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where the quest “Press the Advantage, Eliminate the Monsters” could not be completed.
  7. Optimization: The quest window now also supports the auto-close window feature.
  8. Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where Shamanism was not unlocked during the main storyline.
  9. Optimization: Adjusted the main storyline by moving Chapter 7 to after Chapter 9.
  10. Optimization: Removed barracks unlocking from the main storyline and changed it to be researchable at any time.

Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where the selectable ingredients panel did not display in the Cooking Station interface.
Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where, in Build Mode, removing the Fishing Dock did not hide the resource point marker.
Optimization: Added an option in game start customization to skip tutorial tasks.
Optimization: In Hardcore Mode, skipping the tutorial is now enabled by default.
Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where residents could stand idle next to a Material Pile if it was moved while they were placing materials into it.
Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where the alternate name list did not switch after changing the language.
Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where, after the coronation main quest, the identity tag did not change to King.
Optimization: In main quests involving eliminating monsters, bandits, and barbarians, the quest interface now shows a button to locate the quest target.
Optimization: The second batch of residents generated by the main quest now uses surnames consistent with the initial settings.
Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where residents could stand idle next to a Chest if it was removed while they were placing items into it.
