Update Notes for v1.00

  • Getting ready for the Full Release!
  • Main menu intro text is now shown automatically when the game is started for the first time
  • Play menu reorganized slightly to be easier to understand
  • Session settings saving and loading (in Play menu or with commands) also includes AI settings now
  • More colors with /who and /who /levels now supported on dedicated servers, too
  • Miscellaneous other minor fixes and improvements

Update Notes for v0.99.6 (client-only update)

  • Added Help option to the in-game menu, shows the most common controls and camera help
  • Fixed getting a 1-star Time Trials result after a 0-star result was not always unlocking new events (since v0.97.2)
  • Fixed event completion levels in Time Trials for 0-star results (was 0..50% when it was supposed to be 0..25%, root cause for the issue above)
  • Old 0-star Time Trials results may still have invalid rank in Global Leaderboards (they will get updated once the result is improved)
  • Level downloading from Steam now times out earlier (helps if download queued, in that case downloading the track from the host instead)
  • More colors in /who, also added option /who /levels to show the numerical rank levels (not in dedicated servers yet until server update)
  • Miscellaneous other minor fixes and improvements

Update Notes for v0.99.5 (Minor client-only update)

  • Added a tip to start faster by not pressing gas until the starting lights go off (if stalled in the first events)
  • Slightly increased the prediction amount in the default top-down camera (preset 2)
  • Miscellaneous other minor fixes and improvements

User created levels showcase

As the Full Release approaches, this is a good time to look back at some of the incredible creations already made by the amazing Turbo Sliders Unlimited community. With so much excellent material, it was difficult to choose which ones to include in the video, and unfortunately, many great tracks had to be left out. However, this video should still give an idea of the versatility of the levels the players have created.
