[Weekly Update 5 - Closed Alpha] Rework of the temple user interface

This week we have completely reworked the deck editing user interface in the temple, to make it more ergonomic and easier to use.

  • Disabling advance rendering feature for the water shader of Island map (only in performance mode).

[Weekly Update 3 - Closed Alpha] Adding new mechanics and Rework Grür combat

Hello,

This week we focused on improving gameplay depth, we introduce a bunch of new mechanics ːsteamhappyː

[h3]Status[/h3]
  • Tiredness => Reduce damage by 1 for each stack, if stacked four times make the target sleep.
  • Sleep => Skip a turn.
  • Strength => Each stack increase your damage by 1.
  • Dodge => Dodge the next attack.
  • Deflect => Send back the spell to the caster.
  • CounterAttack => Each time you took damage, you will deal one damage by stack to the opponent.
  • Projectile => Store a projectile, that can be used later.

[h3]Grür[/h3]
  • Complete rework of the Gnür Deck and IA.
  • Gnür has now 2 phases, and should be more challenging to beat.

[h2]Bugs[/h2]
  • IA intentions are displayed correctly and during all the fight.

[Weekly Update 2 - Closed Alpha] - Temple Improvement

Hello everyone, we hope you are well ːsteamthumbsupː. This patch note focus on bug fixing on the deck edition (Temple). Thanks once again to our alpha testers:

[h3]Spells[/h3]
  • Added Tyche's Blessing.
  • Added Spirit of Dolos.

[h3]Fight[/h3]
  • We have increased the scrolling sensitivity in the history.
  • Reduced main menu sounds as well as crystal exploding.
  • Added the mention "Build Alpha" in the game in order to have no doubts when exchanging gameplay video / screenshot.
  • Added an "Add to wishlist" button on the main menu.

[h3]Gameplay Change[/h3]
  • We have reworked the fight against Gnür (second fight) in order to offer you a greater challenge, a good part of the revamp is ready but not everything is there yet. In the meantime you can try to fight the new version of Gnür, or think about another approach who knows...

[h3]Temple[/h3]
  • Fixed the bug that turned your deck into an empty deck when deleting and creating a new deck. @CommunityFeedback
  • Fixed the bug that allowed duplicating faces in the Temple. @CommunityFeedback
  • You can no longer close the sideboard panel while editing a deck. @CommunityFeedback
  • Top left die no longer triggers open when in die select view. @CommunityFeedback
  • You can now rename your deck without rotating your dice. @CommunityFeedback
  • Having multiple Decks should no longer cause issues.

[h3]Fight[/h3]
  • The server should now send you back to the main menu when it encounters a problem instead of letting you get stuck in the loading time indefinitely. @CommunityFeedback
  • The game now returns you to the main menu if you lose connection to the game server during a game. @CommunityFeedback
  • The cutscene correctly displays the lines and no longer the keys of the lines. @CommunityFeedback

[h3]Interface[/h3]
  • Lowering the volume of ambient sounds no longer crashes the game.
  • The description of history spells in combat no longer goes off the screen.

[h3]Known unresolved bugs[/h3]
  • Mendacium should not spawn in the temple.
  • Some old saves may contain invalid spells, if this happens to you you can delete the deck, or the save.

[Weekly Update - 1] Focus on temple improvements

Hi, we made a lot of bug fix thanks to your feedbacks, that is helping us to improve the quality of the game!

  • Added 2 arrows in the Temple carousel to make navigation easier (keyboard arrows still work). @CommunityFeedback

  • Temple should take less ressources at launch (still need some improvement to support low end pc). @CommunityFeedback
  • Rework quit temple button, to reload previous scene.
  • Rework keywords displaying to improve lisibility.

  • Masking spell grid when overing a spell to improve lisibility.
  • Remove pseudo displaying when editing deck to increase lisibility.
  • Rework spell grid border to increase lisibility.

[h2]Bug fixes[/h2]
  • Remove spell that shouldn't be available for the player. @CommunityFeedback
  • All spells now have a name, a description and a specific icon. @CommunityFeedback
  • You will no longer find favor spells and crystal spells in the Temple. @CommunityFeedback
  • You should no longer be able to duplicate spells switching decks .@CommunityFeedback
  • The font of your coin numbers should no longer go out of the round when you reach 100 and more coins. @CommunityFeedback
  • Fix a bug where returning to main menu was duplicating current selection. @CommunityFeedback
  • Fix a bug where you could no longer edit your deck after loading the temple a second time.
  • The second effect of Apollo's feast now applies correctly.
  • Poseidon's wave now works correctly.
  • The "Courage" spell now adds 1 point of armor.
  • You can now fly over your opponent favor without worry.
  • Ares has the right 3D model in the endgame cut scene.

[h2]Localization[/h2]
  • Temple - Added French translation for "Create a new deck".
  • Combat - Better localization in the confirmation box at the end of a turn.
  • Spells - Added keyword colorizations and rework localization of some spells.
