Galactic Glitch v1.06 - Balancing and various Improvements

Hey everyone!
We're back with v1.06, focused on improving the Celestial District level, and balancing early and mid-late game.
For balancing, we're increasing the chance of finding Glitch Charges in shops, making the early game a bit more reliable in terms of their availability. We're also buffing the big heal items' effect, and increasing the effect of all Upgrade Protocols as you gain more. Basically, we've tuned down the diminishing returns as you gain more of each kind.
For the Celestial level, we tuned down the background brightness, to make it easier to actually see the enemies and their attacks. We've also tuned the rotation speed on some enemies, to make their tracking a bit easier to handle. We're very curious what you think of these changes and of the level as a whole!
We've also buffed some Powers and weapons, and finally fixed the Void Dagger special attack (thanks @Faust!). Red Challenges in Poisoned Reaches and The Scrapyard should also be a bit more balanced and less crazy now.

- Upgrade Protocol effects degrade slower
- Higher chance of Glitch charges in shop
- Large heal pickups now restore 50% more health
- Reduced rotation speed on several enemies (Poisoned Reaches and Celestial District)
- Buffed Flash Spear damage and special attack
- Made some armored enemies easier to damage
- Buffed Void Dagger special attack and added SFX
- Buffed Shrapnel Explosion power
- Improved Celestrial Distrcict level visibility
- Tweaked some red challenge rooms to be more fair

- Fixed damage display on Flash Spear
- Fixed damage display on Boomerang Blaster
- Removed distortion effect on Frostbite prototype's dodge
