  • Rank 2 and Rank 3 markets have been added for mining purposes.
  • Due to high demand, the music from SpaceBourne 1 has been added to SpaceBourne 2.
  • The updated Chinese translation has been added to the game.
  • The updated Russian translation has been added to the game.

  • The updated Turkish translation has been added to the game.
  • The "Always Run" function has been added to the game. You can activate it by double-tapping the forward input (Experimental: There may be some bugs as we have not tested it extensively yet).
  • Services panels have been added to stations. You no longer need to board your ship to modify it. (Experimental: There may be some bugs as we have not tested it extensively yet).
  • The character name limit has been increased from 10 to 20 letters.
  • Preset control sets have been added to ship controls. If you have a control map that you would like to be added to the game, please let us know so we can add it in the next updates.
  • The ability to overwrite save games with a single click has been added.
  • The ability to sort save games in chronological order has been added.



[h3]BUG FIXES:[/h3]
Reported by players as follows :
  • • The asteroid detail interface gets stuck on the screen and does not disappear until the game is restarted.
  • • Fixed potential crash caused by spawned asteroids not disappearing during warp.
  • • Getting more ore loot from surface mining than intended.
  • • Space mining does not grant Mining Guild rank as intended.
  • • After using Misactor's secondary features, it doesn't recharge. (Misactor will now automatically recharge when installed on a ship.)
  • • When a station is under attack, enemy ships can still hit the player character even I’m inside the station.
  • • If a quick load is attempted during the loading screen before the game starts, the game may freeze.
  • • When attempting to enter a discovered location from scanner, the player is taken to a glitchy duplicate of the Explorer's Guild Station. When attempting to leave, the entire screen goes black.
  • • The station alarm keeps playing even after the event has ended, and saving and loading does not fix it.
  • • If the player moves out of the designated path while using Stargate, they need to restart the game to get it to show up again. (At this point, you need to go back to the beginning again, but we have expanded the path area to prevent potential bugs.)
  • • Fixed potential crash caused by enemy ship explosion effects.
  • • After downloading a recording, a help information window appears on how to perform a hyper jump. This window cannot be closed.
  • • Some dialogues in non-English languages are too fast, and the text cannot be followed. (We have fixed and updated the affected dialogues according to the current languages, but please let us know if you still encounter this issue and specify which dialogue it occurs in.)
  • • The Gores caused by melee weapon can sometimes cause character physics to glitch and the character may fly into the air.
  • • Fixed potential crash caused by too many operations in the ship manager interface.
  • • When playing in other languages, Drane does not spawn at the end of Smen's dialogue, only when entering and leaving the station.
  • • If the same module is quickly loaded into the same slot on Misactor, the module is deleted, but the new module is not loaded.
  • • The objective location does not spawn for the third sub-goal of a procedurally generated side quest.
  • • In some cases, the experience gained from kills displayed on the HUD is not added to the character interface's main experience points.
  • • In the Faction tutorial interface, soldier pilot slots may appear on top of each other, preventing the player from clicking on the bottom slot.
  • • If the player takes damage within 1-2 seconds of disembarking from their ship, they take 10 times more damage than intended.
  • • On some surfaces, the character's feet do not align with the surface inclination, causing the feet to appear crooked. (Especially noticeable on planetary surfaces)
  • • When I shoot the enemy soldier in the head, they can still die with different death animations, such as holding their stomach.
  • • If I enter and exit the station gate too quickly and end up in space, my character's oxygen helmet becomes invisible, which means the character goes into space without a helmet.
  • • When pirate hoverbikes are chasing me while riding my hoverbike, if I drive towards a flat rock, the enemies are unable to pathfind and end up disappearing under the surface of the planet.
  • •After a successful scanning operation, my scanning drones can explode on their way back to the ship. (While we are not entirely sure we've fixed this bug, we've made some changes regarding it. Now, probes no longer take damage when returning to the ship, but they can still take damage during the scanning process.)
  • •If I save/load the game while my Misactor is in space, sometimes when I load the game, it starts with the character flying in space instead of being inside the Misactor, but I can still get back into the Misactor and continue playing.
  • •In some of the boss fights I engage with my character (not the ship), the bosses can use multiple abilities at the same time, making these fights impossible to complete.
  • •The potential crash that may occur while escaping from boss fights has been resolved.
  • • The game doesn't run on non-Windows 10 and 11 platforms. (We have added some Windows extensions to the source code to address this issue, but we're not sure if it has been fully resolved. If you encounter such a problem, please let us know.)

Thank you for your endless support and interest in SpaceBourne 2. We have received a great number of messages and requests, and although we are doing our best to keep up with them, developing the game as a solo developer can be challenging. We apologize for any delay in responding to your inquiries.

However, we are grateful to have our veteran beta testers who have been testing SpaceBourne 2 on Discord for months and are eager to provide assistance with any issues you may encounter. So, if you find yourself stuck at any point, please feel free to join our Discord community.

We also value your feedback and suggestions for the game. We have a dedicated section on our Discord server where you can share your ideas, and we often use community votes to decide which features to add next. So, please don't hesitate to join our server.

[h3]BUG FIXES:[/h3]
Reported by players as follows :
    1. • Ship sensitivity settings have little to no effect on control sensitivity.
    2. • In the main mission chain, interacting with the hatch at Cave HQ with the "F" key causes the game screen to go black.
    3. • In large cities, I sometimes go underground and can't get out. (As a temporary solution, we've created something like a sewer system and added ways to get out of the underground, and we'll find a better solution in future updates.)
    4. • When I save and load in Cave HQ, my ship is possessed and I can't continue playing.
    5. • Every time I load, my landing gear is always open, even in space.
    6. • The interfaces that should open up for me to select Faction during the first meeting are not appearing.
    7. • When I threaten Smen and ask for money, he agrees but the money does not go into my account.
    8. • In hack missions, no matter what command I enter into the console, I get an "Invalid Command" message.
    9. • A potential crash that could occur during level transitions has been fixed.
    10. • Ship doesn't follow mouse movements (We have made some changes that we think could be the cause of this bug, but if you encounter such a problem, please make sure that the game is not in "Cursor" mode. You can try pressing the "H" key a few times to check.)
    11. • In some dialogues, events that should be triggered are not fired if playing in a language other than English.
    12. • I am standing in front of the Weran in the Mtech Factory and have talked to him, but the mission does not progress because it says I should talk to him again.
    13. • When we save at the exact time that a video tutorial is playing, the next time we load the game, the video tutorial plays again and the voice plays twice. The first video tutorial that appears during loading does not disappear.
    14. • If I give my squad the "break" command, they don't carry out the commands I give right after. If I give the warp away command, the squad doesn't warp, but I can't give them another command.
    15. • When I click on the elevator inside some stations, there is a long fade, and then I find myself flying in space.
    16. • In the second stage of the Kold mission, no matter how many ships I destroy, new ones always appear in their place.
    17. • High-resolution graphics are causing unexpected drops in in-game performance. (We have made some adjustments, but please let us know if you still encounter this problem.)
    18. • While firing with my character, the game enters a checkpoint save, and after that, the character continues to fire even if I release the fire button.
    19. • I saved the game inside Lion's Station, and when I loaded it again, it teleported me to my ship in space, but I could still see the inside of Lion's Station from afar.
    20. • The mission to talk with Momo in the main mission chain is not updated even though I've already talked to her.
    21. • When I load the game from the main menu, it teleports me very far away from the Freelancer mission I was in. When I return to the mission location, the mission automatically completes the mission itself.
    22. • We have addressed a potential bug that may cause collected enemy bullets not to appear in your weapons. If you encounter this issue again, please try to unequip and reequip the weapon or switch to a different weapon and back. This should force the game to update the ammo count. If the issue persists, please let us know.
    23. • I can use asteroid bombs unlimitedly in Misactor (NOTE: It is fixed but after we sent the update, we realized that now the bomb runs out but doesn't refill. We will completely solve this with tomorrow's update).
    24. • If I open the Scanner while warping and go to the main Solar Atlas from there when I return to the ship, I experience a performance issue
    25. • Some level design errors have been fixed.
    26. • Some grammar and spelling errors have been fixed.
    27. • Some collision errors have been fixed.

Reported by players as follows :

  • Up part of hud is like shadowing and blurry ( You can turn Hud shadow off via Settings )

  • I can't find Anka in the Prison Raid mission (The mission mechanics have been changed, now when you board your ship, Anka will board the deck and join your crew).

  • Video tutorials don't leave the screen after watching them and no way to leave or remove them.

  • The mission instructs me to warp to the next galaxy, but the stargates are not clickable, so I am stuck in space. (The tutorial interface has been updated.) For those who are stuck, you can activate the Warp Drive with the "B" key and jump to the target star system.

  • Before arriving at the stargate, I had already opened the galaxy map, chosen the destination system, and pressed T to go to the Stargate. Arriving there this message appears to do it again. If I contact the stargate and go to the target system, without doing the interaction, the message stays on the screen indefinitely, even when it arrives at the target system.

  • When first starting a new game the warp drive recharge bar is visible as it refills from its initial state at startup.

  • The hair color I choose does not apply to the in-game 3d model

  • When I land on the planet during the Koron mission, some enemies do not attack me.

  • If I board my ship during ground combat, NPCs fire rockets and can destroy my ship in 1-2 hits.

  • In the Mercenary Guild mission, even though my ship is very close to the ground, distant laser rail turrets can still hit me.

  • After a certain point, some freelancer tasks evolve into bounty hunter missions.
