BUG FIXES:

Reported by players as follows :
  • The issue of enemies not spawning in Mercenary missions has been fixed.
  • The negative values of money in the Faction treasury have been corrected.
  • The problem of the Faction treasury not receiving money from the cuts made from freelance pilots' missions and loot has been solved.
  • The non-functioning Fast Travel consoles in Pirate stations have been fixed and a marketplace has been added to these stations.
  • Some mission errors have been fixed.


Also; We would like to clarify this issue as we have received numerous reports regarding it:
If your soldiers are leaving the Faction, please check if the path you have chosen for the Faction and the changes you have made in the Constitution is in line with that path.

For example, if you have chosen the Order path and set the Neutral Civil Policy to "Kill on sight", your soldiers' loyalty will decrease and at some point, they will leave the army.

Also, please make sure that the Organization's Reputation is in line with the path you have chosen. You can also track why your soldiers are leaving the army from the Faction reports.

If everything is in line with this mechanic and the soldiers are being removed from the list, but nothing is written in the Faction reports, then there may be a bug. Please report this issue in that case.

    • Fast Travel consoles have been added to large faction stations. For now, they are only available in stations and not yet in outposts or Guild stations.
    • The player's faction has been added to the Galaxy Diplomacy panel after the faction has been established. Currently, it is only used to view details, but it will become fully functional in future updates.
    • Enemy AI has been improved in space battles.
    • The Russian language has been updated.
    • Additional indicators and new directions have been added for all missions, and 70% of all main missions have become more balanced and understandable.
    • New tutorials have been added.


[h3]BUG FIXES:[/h3]
Reported by players as follows :

    • If you open the ESC menu while using the boost on your ship and then load into a saved game, you will hear the boost sound until you restart the game.
    • During the battle, the comms from other pilots are too loud, even if all volume sliders are turned down.
    • The asteroid info is stuck at the top of the screen. The only way to get rid of it is to save and reload.
    • In the "Saving the Anka" mission, after reaching the planet and landing where instructed, nothing happens.
    • Performance drops significantly in some freelancer missions after passing a certain phase.
    • The firing effects of some weapons, especially on small ships, are too large and obstruct the player's view.
    • When trying to enter an Independent faction station, the message "You do not have permission to enter here" appears. If the player interacts with it several times while the message is on the screen, they are sent to a blank station map.
    • Some places can be too dark on planet surfaces.
    • If the game is played in a different language, the dialogue with Anka in the "Saving the Anka" mission skips too quickly.
    •The Mercenary Guild contract I received spawned at the same location as the contract I received from a POI on the planet surface.
    •Sometimes when my weapons overheat, they don't cool down until I switch to a different weapon group.
    •Sometimes the mission I accept from the LFP interface is added as a different contract in the "contracts" interface.
    • In some space stations, the elevator doesn't take me even though I click on it. If I save/load the game at that point, it fixes the issue.
    • In some planetary missions, enemies that spawn after the player gets off their ship do not move until the player gets close, then they only attack with melee.
    • In some planetary missions, an infinite number of enemies spawn.
    • After killing the boss on the 3rd floor of a dungeon in a mission where a character needs to be rescued, the mission does not update.
    • The game does not pay the player when they hand in captured pilots.
    • Faction wars can start before the player even warps, and in this case, the warp drive breaks, and the player cannot go to the war zone.
    • When getting the next ship after the starter ship, all of the HOTAS bindings are lost.
    • In a Freelancer Guild contract to protect miners, the enemy waves never end.
    • When capturing a station, the player is left with two contacts for the station, the old one and a new one with "WRA". When warping out and back in, both stations disappear along with the original faction station that was there, but the station still shows up on the building list.
    • If the player does not have MMB, they cannot advance in phase in an operation mission by pressing Ctrl + MMB.
    • During a battle with both ally and enemy ships, if the player targets a distant enemy, it moves too fast and is difficult to catch up to.
    • Some emails received after creating a faction come in empty.
    • Fixed an issue where shadows on planet surfaces could be too dark in certain cases, and the skylight was not properly illuminating the planet.
    • A potential crash that could occur when warping to a battle zone was fixed.
    • The performance characteristics of all effects were readjusted, and potential GPU crashes caused by effects were fixed.
    • A potential crash that could occur when using ALT+TAB during battle was fixed.
    • A potential crash that could occur when too many sound sources were playing simultaneously was fixed.
    • In Early Access version 1.0.3, the issue of the light not appearing when loading a save without sunlight was fixed.

  • The issue with sunlight and stars not appearing in space has been fixed.
  • The issue with crosshair not being centered on high-resolution monitors has been fixed.
  • Missing collisions at the Sonak Station have been fixed.


Dear players, we are deeply sorry for the issue with the missing sunlight in the game. However, if you saved the game without the sunlight, when you load that save file, the sunlight still won't appear. Therefore, you will need to continue playing from a save file where the sunlight is present, or else start a new game.

But we will fix this issue with tomorrow's update. If you don't want to start a new game, you can wait for the update tomorrow.

  • The character name limit has been increased from 10 to 20 letters.

Reported by players as follows :
  • • The asteroid detail interface gets stuck on the screen and does not disappear until the game is restarted.
  • • Fixed potential crash caused by spawned asteroids not disappearing during warp.
  • • Getting more ore loot from surface mining than intended.
  • • Space mining does not grant Mining Guild rank as intended.
  • • After using Misactor's secondary features, it doesn't recharge. (Misactor will now automatically recharge when installed on a ship.)
  • • When a station is under attack, enemy ships can still hit the player character even I’m inside the station.
  • • If a quick load is attempted during the loading screen before the game starts, the game may freeze.
  • • When attempting to enter a discovered location from scanner, the player is taken to a glitchy duplicate of the Explorer's Guild Station. When attempting to leave, the entire screen goes black.
  • • The station alarm keeps playing even after the event has ended, and saving and loading does not fix it.
  • • If the player moves out of the designated path while using Stargate, they need to restart the game to get it to show up again. (At this point, you need to go back to the beginning again, but we have expanded the path area to prevent potential bugs.)
  • • Fixed potential crash caused by enemy ship explosion effects.
  • • After downloading a recording, a help information window appears on how to perform a hyper jump. This window cannot be closed.
  • • Some dialogues in non-English languages are too fast, and the text cannot be followed. (We have fixed and updated the affected dialogues according to the current languages, but please let us know if you still encounter this issue and specify which dialogue it occurs in.)
  • • The Gores caused by melee weapon can sometimes cause character physics to glitch and the character may fly into the air.
  • • Fixed potential crash caused by too many operations in the ship manager interface.
  • • When playing in other languages, Drane does not spawn at the end of Smen's dialogue, only when entering and leaving the station.
  • • If the same module is quickly loaded into the same slot on Misactor, the module is deleted, but the new module is not loaded.
  • • The objective location does not spawn for the third sub-goal of a procedurally generated side quest.
  • • In some cases, the experience gained from kills displayed on the HUD is not added to the character interface's main experience points.
  • • In the Faction tutorial interface, soldier pilot slots may appear on top of each other, preventing the player from clicking on the bottom slot.
  • • If the player takes damage within 1-2 seconds of disembarking from their ship, they take 10 times more damage than intended.
  • • On some surfaces, the character's feet do not align with the surface inclination, causing the feet to appear crooked. (Especially noticeable on planetary surfaces)
  • • When I shoot the enemy soldier in the head, they can still die with different death animations, such as holding their stomach.
  • • If I enter and exit the station gate too quickly and end up in space, my character's oxygen helmet becomes invisible, which means the character goes into space without a helmet.
  • • When pirate hoverbikes are chasing me while riding my hoverbike, if I drive towards a flat rock, the enemies are unable to pathfind and end up disappearing under the surface of the planet.
  • •After a successful scanning operation, my scanning drones can explode on their way back to the ship. (While we are not entirely sure we've fixed this bug, we've made some changes regarding it. Now, probes no longer take damage when returning to the ship, but they can still take damage during the scanning process.)
  • •If I save/load the game while my Misactor is in space, sometimes when I load the game, it starts with the character flying in space instead of being inside the Misactor, but I can still get back into the Misactor and continue playing.
  • •In some of the boss fights I engage with my character (not the ship), the bosses can use multiple abilities at the same time, making these fights impossible to complete.
  • •The potential crash that may occur while escaping from boss fights has been resolved.
  • • The game doesn't run on non-Windows 10 and 11 platforms. (We have added some Windows extensions to the source code to address this issue, but we're not sure if it has been fully resolved. If you encounter such a problem, please let us know.)
