[h3]NEW FEATURES AND CHANGES :[/h3]

  • • Squad management system has been added to the game where the player can define their own wingmen. (You can watch the training video from the video tutorials in the pause menu)
    To use this feature, it is necessary to start a new game.

  • • (EXPERIMENTAL) The "Skip Story" feature has been added to the game, (At Pause Menu) which will allow Beta Testers to progress instantly to a certain point in the story when they start a new game. It's only available for key story points yet (Please read the warnings on the interface before using this feature and use it with the steps specified there.).

  • • Scanning system mechanics have been changed;

>>>Signal locations can only be detected using the Catcher probe. In Solar Systems lower than level 20,

>>>In Solar Systems between levels 20-30, echoes are found by pulling to the center with the Merger probe, but the signal strength does not decrease during this operation.

[h3]BUG FIXES:[/h3]
Reported by players as follows :
  • • If I activate Relative mode while the cursor is visible game controls are getting locked

  • • Drane's ability to repair the ship hull breaks whenever the Rebirth or Reducer perk triggers.

  • • Salvage yard spawns inside terrain in Ice and Lava planets

  • • If the bullet in my gun is 0 when saving the game, it shows negative values when loading that slot

  • • When I open the Mail interface there are diplomacy buttons at the right of the screen

  • • In the Services UI, The missile mesh isn't updated if I load Shield Missile at the right list

  • • Turning down audio levels doesn't work

  • • In the settings screen, every time I click on the inputs on the DEFAULT key everything disappears

  • • Scanner and Galaxy Atlas interfaces detail widget fixed on the screen

  • • Even with successful probe scans, I get the Operation Canceled message.

  • • When I find a signal by doing a probe scan in the scanner, I cannot click on that point without turning the scanner off and on again.

  • • Input Settings interface collapses If I clicked the Default button

  • • It gets very dark after exiting the Pirate station.

  • • No mission point spawned at Mercenary mission on Ice Type Planet

  • • In the first battle mission, when I open the tactical map in HQ, the camera takes me to a place outside the cave and I cannot complete the mission until I leave the HQ.

  • • in the integration station mission, the main mission does not progress if I do not destroy the station vis the ”battle summary” interface (all options are available)

  • • When I want to warp to the points behind the planet while in orbit, the trebuchet point spawns. If my warp target is on the other side of the planet (i.e. close) the ship gets stuck in the trebuchet point and the warp never completes.

  • • 24 new tutorial videos demonstrating the game mechanics have been added to the game. You can access the whole list by clicking the "Tutorial Videos" button in the Pause menu.
  • • Invert Y-Axis to character and ship control has been added to the game

[h3]BUG FIXES:[/h3]
  • • If I go inside stargate and complete the pa without permission to jump, it sends me to an empty map.
  • • All the Enemies in dungeons are spawning Level 1 - Tier 2
  • • Bounty missions don't un-track after completing them
  • • I got stuck in the elevator in salvage dungeons at entering level
  • • Sometimes “Level -1” NPCs spawn in mercenary missions
  • • I can get jump access from Stargate multiple times. It stacks the jump animation
  • • Mines and Pits on the surface don't spawn when I get close.
  • • Stargate Tutorial Widget doesn't show up on the first mission
  • • -Upload- indicator stays on screen if I leave the Hack mission area without completing the mission
  • • When I try to equip high-level items to a character I can't see why it fails
  • • If I save/load while Cargo is overloaded, overload penalties are not applied to my ship.
  • • Planet surface invisible while in the “Photo mode”
  • • I attempted to disable motion blur, but when I did so, it went back to the high setting.
  • • T5 missile launchers have 0 capacity and other T5 items have same stats with T4 items
  • • When I summon my ship on the planet's surface, my ship sticks inside the mountain.
  • • I can activate the "Photo mode" in the main menu

You have been a great support to us during this process. We have testers with over 170 hours of playtime. Many thanks for your support and hard work.

Since it has been asked frequently lately;
If you haven't seen your bug reports on discord, we probably didn't understand the problem. (Or it may be already reported)

Please give us more details in your bug reports.

We get dozens of reports like "I can't shoot" or "I fell to the ground".

Unfortunately, it is not possible to detect these bugs without details.

Please write exactly what happens when you encounter a bug, and the steps until that bug occurs.
As example :
  1. I reloaded my Rifle type weapon;
  2. While playing the reload animation, a Mech-type enemy hit me and my character fell to the ground.
  3. When I get up from the ground, I can't fire even though my bullet looks full.
  4. It is fixed when I save/load.

[h3]NEW FEATURES AND CHANGES :[/h3]
  • • New story missions added (New quests will come automatically for those who have completed the Integration station quest. Those who haven't finished that quest yet, can continue the main storyline.)

    The background of the new quests' story has been added with this update, thus when they begin automatically, the new quests might not make sense in the overall plot. Please ignore it for the moment.

  • • Character camera FOV setting added to General Settings menu
  • • Bounty hunter mission points will automatically appear on contracts below level 20. A probe scan is required for levels 20 and above.
  • • When the ship was overloaded, the warp was not possible. Now possible, but warp speed is reduced by 87%.
  • • Leveling curve has been balanced. It's now easier to level up at lower levels
  • • Ship Perks has been balanced and Perk UI's improved
  • • Global Cooldown added the most Perks


[h3]BUG FIXES :[/h3]

Reported by players as follows :
  • • When the ship is overloaded, even if I delete the item, the ship remains as overloaded.
  • • If I don't enter Stargate after I get Jump Point and warp somewhere else, Jump Point stays forever
  • • There is a huge red-lined circle around asteroid fields
  • • when I change my current ship I can't load new probes anymore
  • • The character can walk (or fly) through the ship. The ship has no collision response if the character
  • • Character flies through infinite space after closing the Pause menu if I open the menu while flying
  • • Character flight controls are not bindable ( Up-Down-dodge)
  • • I can dock the land pads from under them. By docking like this, I can't get back to ship again
  • • If I dock vertically from the corners of a landing port it teleports the ship somewhere else
  • • Sometimes when I eject from the ship, a character spawns inside the ship and I can't control the character
  • • Even though my speed is fast the ship instantly stops as soon as the landing gear touches the ground
  • • If I press H (Open Cursor) while in photo mode I can't use any input
  • • Game crashes when I try to equip weapons in Clean Up mission--Space Station debris
  • • Some of the mission goals are not updated when I change my ship. Save-Load fixed that
  • • Completing the Mercenary Guild task for rank 2 advances the Freelancer's rank
  • • I can't interact with Axa if I warp away during the mission
  • • Ship becomes invisible when landing in Arth city after Saving the Anka mission
  • • When I try to open the scanner or atlas in the dungeon or station from the journal; I can't close it again
  • • During "Saving the Anka" the mission does not proceed after warping away (no instructions); no landing sites after reaching the planet. Both are solved by saving and reloading.
  • • After changing the ship, weapon names are still from the previous ship in the Ship HUD
  • • Stacked items reduces to -1- if I transfer them from the bank to another ship in Ship Manager
  • • Can not change power settings (engine-weapons-shields) after switching ships.
  • • Some markets offer only 1-2 items when first interact
  • • If there are too many stacked (x99) items in my cargo, the game hangs for a few seconds when opening the cargo interface.
  • • Molyax mission objective will not show up after the system jump
  • • In the Saving the Anka quest, if I warp without talking to Anka and then come back, the Anka dialogue does not start and the story gets stuck.
  • • Some bounty missions spawn on stargates
  • • I can't dock at Research stations
  • • Some guild rank-up missions can be taken multiple times
  • • Bugs with leveling and perks: Spent points are not immediately displayed, and some perks (resurrect & drone power) are not registered after spending points.
  • • Endurance stat gives about half the perks points it should give.
  • • Squad management tutorial is not showing properly ( not respond the inputs)
  • • After some missions I can only warp to one point. It is fixed with save-load.
  • • Warping away during the Bounty Hunter missions broke the contract.
  • • Ejecting from the ship when close to the structure teleports me inside the structure
  • • Item detail widget stuck on screen after I bought a ship in Ship Market
  • • I got stuck in an elevator (Rift) outside of the Falron station
  • • Wrong navigation in Perk Progresses; when I use 3th perk GUI starts Cooldown for 2th perk(as slot)
  • • While mining in caves, if I go above the mine, I can fall down and exit the level.

BUG FIXES :


Reported by players as follows :

  • • Game crashes with memory management error
  • • On the warp tutorial popup, the tutorial popup won't go away
  • • Koron location is available before the mission starts. give you coordinate
  • • Mercenary guild's market has empty items
  • • While in Contracts when you open the Atlas for the current mission, the screen gets split and shakes
  • • If I reload the pistol, the character plays animation as if I have a rifle and stays in that state.
  • • I get a warning about probes launched whenever I activate the warp drive to land on a planet
  • • I can get a mining laser before joining the miners guild.
  • • After the mission where you hijack a Dropship, my entire cargo has been wiped out when i get back to my own ship
  • • I can't shoot again if I activate my jet-pack while shooting
  • • In the markets, the hide high-level items filter does not display items equal to your level,
  • • When I buy a high-level ship from the market, the upgrades remove with -high-level- warning message
  • • If you switch weapons while a charged weapon is charging, the new weapon fires continuously.
  • • Shooting the enemies while flying away cause broken ragdoll
  • • HQ Hatch indicator stays visible when I enter the cave or leave the planet
  • • There is a red line under my ship and it never gets lost until I close the game
  • • After switching ships, no sound other than ambient.
  • • There are severe bugs with melee weapons: After installing one, you can not change it. If you buy another, it will not appear. If you remove the first one, it will disappear too.
  • • There is a weird sound when you use the mouse wheel while boosting with Shift
  • • Melee weapons in markets are always around level 1-3 orange
  • • when I level up there is still the low level saved stock at markets
  • • Buying or looting melee weapons disappear at cargo if I don't have a melee weapon equipped
  • • Markets do not sell Shotguns, despite having a category for them
  • • When I equip a new weapon every time I press the "R" key, the reload animation plays even though the bullet is full in the magazine.
  • • There are some red lines in the elevator cave of Xunvars
  • • Transferring from ship A to the bank then to ship B, then calling ship B deletes the items at Ship Manager Interface
  • • Transferring from ship A to the bank, calling ship B to duplicate the items.at Ship Manager Interface
  • • Switching ship from Ship manager spawns an empty ship
  • • Space loot features are broken if there are too much loot around
  • • If my warp target is destroyed during warp, my ship is floating in space.
  • • There is no letter count limit when naming the ship.

Greetings ;

This is the 13th update for SpaceBourne 2 Beta. Until now, we have posted updates on Discord, but since many Beta Testers are not currently using Discord, we will start posting updates on Steam as well.


NEW FEATURES AND CHANGES :
  • • Misactor Components added to the game.
  • • Misactor Tools Market added to the Mining Guild
  • • Melee attack system added to the character
  • • 3 new melee weapon classes added ( Sword / Hammer / Knife)
  • • 8 new Ore types added for Asteroid Mining and Surface Mining. Depending on system security and system level, rarer types of mines may be discovered.
  • • Mineable rocks have been added to caves on Planet surfaces.
  • • Tax system added to the markets
  • • Miner Guild ranks re-organized
  • • Sell / Buy all buttons added to the Market Interfaces
  • • Now players can rename their ships from the Ship Manager Interface at stations.
  • • The experience rewards and leveling system have been balanced
  • • The economic system, Mission rewards, and item prices have been balanced.
  • • The loot system has been balanced. Now loots are more accurate
  • • The ship and character stats have been balanced. (There are 106 different stats that will affect the Gameplay. I have balanced what has been reported or detected so far. However, there may still be unbalanced stats in the game. If you encounter such a situation, please report it.)
  • • Now only primary weapon bonuses are now used in weapon groups.
  • • Some stat values are clamped


BUG FIXES :

Reported by players as follows :
  • • Some ship models' camera locations are changing after the warp. And big ships don't fit the screen
  • • Camera offset getting broken when undocking from stations from "The X" model ships
  • • Hack building doesn't spawn at the mission location while doing Mercenary Missions
  • • I can eject from the ship while warping, and there is no way to get my ship back.
  • • In the Scanner, the blocks the click of a warp target
  • • Shooters in the caves take a few seconds to die when their HP is 0
  • • if you shoot the gas canisters with your ship during the "Combining Friends'" mission, the mission got stuck
  • • Exploit: Structure turrets can't hit me If I stand far and shoot from distance. That way I can destroy high-level buildings.
  • • Defense Turrets on stations and planet buildings are giving no damage to the ship. (almost no damage )
  • • Destroy structure contracts can not be completed. Structures don't get damaged
  • • I can see the cockpit interface when exiting from the Queen model ships
  • • I keep waiting in -The "Saving the Anka" mission but the raid isn't starting
  • • Freelancers guild rank 2 missions stacks in the journal every time I spoke with the guild register.
  • • Dialogs are skipping too fast sometimes.
  • • I can equip high-level components to ship.
  • • Item's attribute bonuses are calculated wrong and give less bonus than promised.
  • • At Saving Anka Mission the ships in my squad are missing when I warp into the Mission area
  • • If I land ship to surface and save-load the game ship stays like in space. Floating
  • • Mining ship's engines are hidden when loading the game if the ship is landed.
  • • If I buy a ship from the Ship Market, the same ship is added to the stock if I open the shop again.
  • • The 3D hologram image of Ores places is blank in the inventory screen.
  • • Selling items doesn't give the money as promised in the right panel (for stacked items)
  • • I got killed but was Just stuck laying on the ground being attacked with no health.
  • • Aim state broke if I use RMB while reloading
  • • I can use the jetpack and kick the door, it locks the jetpack status and I can’t disable the jetpack again
  • • Some of the surface camps spawn inside mountains
  • • When planning the faction battle If I press ESC, inputs, and the game gets locked
  • • If I save the game while on top of a market in the Martha stations; when I load that save file my character falls into space


NOTE: The new update requires a new game. Loading old save files with Ver 1.2.0 may cause problems. Therefore, if you want to continue the game with your current progress in the story, do not install this update yet.
